Everything about living at the Pioneer Endicott is positive.
Location is perfect, the apartment is big and very industrial cool style, all amenities are accessible and well kept. Likely the best thing about it is how helpful the entire staff is all the time.

I have lived at PE for almost a year and am already planning to resign my lease. I’ve rented at various places over the last 4-5 years and I have never had a more positive renting experience than I have here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond and they do an excellent job keeping the building well-maintained and inviting. It’s quiet - I’ve never had an issue with noise. One of the main reasons I chose to live here is how welcoming they are of dogs - no breed/size restrictions was huge!! I’d recommend it to anyone looking to live in downtown

The good: centrally located close to numerous downtown facilities such as groceries, restaurants, entertainment, public offices, etc. Good security in and around the building. Very comfortable living spaces (personal washer/dryer, etc.) with amazing amenities such as a gym and community room. Packages are deposited and kept securely for your retrieval. The staff are just awesome.
The bad: the building has a coffee/chocolate shop on the first floor that makes fresh goodies every day. They are way too delicious and addictive.

If you expect basic courtesy and customer service from staff while living in an apartment, do not rent here. Getting a reply to an email or a callback to a voicemail is like pulling teeth with the people employed here. Always a finger to be pointed at the next person who was going to do what the original person said they would do. The "customer service" displayed by Leif, the property manager, is truly laughable at best. I honestly struggle to even call it customer service at this point. Leif certainly made it an easy choice to move out after having been here for a year and a half already. Rebecca

Excellent place. I had a personal family matter come up that required me to move after about a day, so I didn't get to stay my full lease. This place is absolutely gorgeous and I really loved the architecture and history! The management here is probably the best I've dealt with when renting, seriously. It was a flawless process and I was accommodated every step of the way. Highly recommended residence. Thanks to Rebecca for the smooth processing!

I’ve been living here for about 8 months and I’ve had an overall awesome experience!
The leasing managers were really helpful when it came to fielding questions about apartments/move-in and providing virtual showings during quarantine. They provided good instructions of what to do on move-in day and what to tell my movers!
The maintenance/janitorial team is ~amazing~! Really nice people and always respond to incident reports in a timely manner. The common areas are really clean too! Even in the snowy, muddy winter.
All and all, a really great experience! My only complaint is with the parking

Upon moving out of the Pioneer Endicott 9/2020, after having lived there 2.5 years - the leasing manager charged us against the security deposit for multiple items that were definitely not as we left them. $400 in additional fraudulent charges. He sent pictures to supposedly prove the "very bad condition" we left the unit in, and the pictures were not even taken in our unit! (e.g. one picture was of the blinds from a window facing a direction none of our windows faced. Another was of a toilet on a different flooring than in our unit. Another was of floor damage against a wainscoted wall

They are racist! They refused to rent to me because I am a black man, I sent them a copy of my id, so they knew my race. They claimed it was due to my credit score,I informed Tabatha( property manager) this was due to inaccurate student loan information. I informed Tabatha I am moving out of state, need a short term lease until I leave. I inform her I could pay two months in advance and have a great rental history. Tabatha still refused to rent out to me because I am a black man, they are racist!

We had to move due to a new job. We miss living here! We enjoyed the modern amenities along with it’s historic charm! The location is perfect- close to great restaurants, farmers market, post office, banks,… parks, & events! We also loved the easy access to the light rail & skyway! Loved the top notch office staff, maintenance & cleaning crews- which all made us feel so welcomed & like family! We also miss the resident friendships & their fur babies! We especially enjoyed the inclusive ‘Legacy Chocolates’ cafe & ‘Twelve Eyes’ bar, not

BEWARE! Manager is rude, disrespectful and uncooperative. He has unethical business practices - bait and switch, telling potential renters one thing and having them sign a contract that says something different. He will not work with you and refuses to refund $$$ when cancelling. Not worth it! RENT ELSEWHERE!

Pioneer Endicott is seriously amazing! It's been two months since I've moved in and I have nothing negative to say about my experience. The resident socials are a great way to connect with other residents

We love it here. We've been here 3 years, 3 different apartments and it just keeps getting better. They just had a super cute clothing boutique and awesome brewery ( I don't even like beer and actually like one of there beers. That's saying a lot!) move into the building also with a chocolate shop and upscale liquor store. We might never leave lol
Ps- skyways are awesome in the winter! You don't have to go outside in the cold!

Pros--the apartment/building are really nice, and I liked Dave and Sandra in the office.
Cons--The manager/management team. When we moved in, our apartment had many issues (nails sticking out of floorboards, paint on appliances). We were understanding and worked through it. When we moved out, we were fined absurd amounts because it wasn't "in… move-in ready condition." When I showed pictures of how clean it was (we brought in a team to clean it so we'd get our deposit back), they stopped talking to us and wouldn't give us the rest of our deposit. The price of our apartment also went up by

The highs and lows of staying at Pioneer Endicott first is the location walking distance and public transportation great. But parking in the garage not so great. It is small and if you have a average size vehicle to large vehicle pain in the butt to drive in, the garage is narrow.
The place has no restrictions on breeds so you see small breeds all the way up to large and aggressive breeds pitbulls are in the building. They have a place on the outside where your pets are allowed to the use the bathroom it's like a big cat liter box it's disgusting and you can smell it before you even

It's taken a really long time, but things have been turning around.

This place is beautiful and I loved the hardwood floors, breakfast bar, and huge bathroom and shower. It was a super big bummer that the windows didn't open.
