If I could give this place zero stars I truly would and I mean that from the bottom of my heart! this place sells you false promises on these luxury apartments that aren’t so luxury. from the trash room is being piled up constantly followed by a funky odor, to having problems with hot water consistently to having unprofessional management who are rude and disrespectful! there is no quality work done in these apartments as well (see pictures provided)oh and let’s not forget all the car break-ins including our heated underground parking garage. This place is a JOKE. worst renting experience all

I lived at the Burlington during a ten-month period in 2020-2021. At the time of signing, I was offered two months free as a rent concession (as of writing this, the concession is still being advertised). I ended up paying a base rate of $1,460 for a 2 bed 2 bathroom.
Based on what I paid, I would not recommend this apartment community. Though the price per square foot is good and the amenities seem attractive, I think the price is not in line with the experience. Monthly fees added up quickly with utilities adding an additional $150+/month (not including electric or internet) and parking was

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is only after your money. I had a showing for a one bedroom, which didn’t happen because she began to show pictures on her computer instead of giving a tour. The property Manager didn’t seem enthusiastic at all about future tenants. Please rent somewhere else it’s totally not worth it!

Areas the burlington could improve: communication, stop the victim blaming, true fixes to maintenance issues, not just the cheap fix, professionalism, cleanliness, follow through, and just overall service… delivery.
While living here the burlington had released data to us then threatened us regarding their mistake, although we have no legal obligation to protect data released to us. While living here we expressed our frustration with the lack of respect from staff and we were told "well our staff are burnt out and don't get respect soo... there needs to be mutual respect" basically if you

Despite all the the recent negative reviews you may see, I personally am happy to live here. This is my 2nd apartment here, so I’ve been in this community for a couple of years. The pool area and Clubroom are great, I love the multi-level gym, and my pup enjoys the bark park. After the lease on our first apartment ended, Excelsior Group was great at helping us to transition into an upgraded unit in another one of the buildings. In the first week at our original apartment, my boyfriend received a noise complaint in the afternoon for listening to music by himself at a very respectful level. The

I fail to see the luxury, elegance or sophistication here.. The crew who touches up the kitchen cupboards takes absolutely no pride in their work.. paint run all over the trim and in the windows, dry-rot under the kitchen sink and in EVERY window sill. also swelling in the countertop. I ruined two pairs of jeans weeks after moving in because the… touch-up stain in the kitchen never dried. The side doors and swing-in door to the garages are rusted and don't always latch properly. Oh! they also have a 'third' tier of apartments they don't show online or tell you about - bait&switch, essentially

Be decent and call people back?!? I called and reported a break-in of 7 storage lockers including my own. It has now been over 60 hours and The Burlington has done nothing, the lockers are no longer secured and people can rummage through other peoples things.. I have asked to terminate my lease. I was told I would be emailed- but nothing. I… called and left a message asking for termination paperwork, no return call. Spoke to emergency maintenance who were very rude and hung up on me. Called the property about 8 times today, got a hold of someone and asked for a manager call back. Guess what

Don't live here. Security issues (package theft from the apartment lobby as well as car and bicycle theft/vandalism from the garage) an obviously rushed renovation job combined with my apartment being filthy when I moved in all make me want to live elsewhere and warn others to do the same. Not to mention management's lack of communication on issues like possible squatters living in community spaces...

Need another New experienced management company. Half assed work on remodels, painting. Update the old broke down apartments since their is so many vacancies. This place is charging way too much for what the conditions are on old units. New redone units are price of a house payment. What a joke! Moldy, mildewy nasty apartments!

The new apartment owners have awful communication. Set up two different occasions for maintenance to come fix something and no one showed up. When called asking about why no one came the first time they said they didn’t know my apartment number even though I personally was there and watched them write it down and second time said they knew nothing about the appointment when I had made it over the phone with them 2 days prior. Unprofessional.
