It’s been close to one year staying at Walnut on Highland in Penn Building and love it! Good job on hosting events especially during Covid and very nice staff. They work hard at accommodating residents and are super friendly. It’s in a great location and close to all restaurants & grocery stores. Apartments are renovated & clean with all good appliances. Overall a great place to live and would definitely recommend.

I’ve lived at Walnut on Highland for 7 months now and it is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. First off, I love the location in East Liberty! I walk to Target and Whole Foods all the time and there are so many great restaurants to choose from (Tana Ethiopian, Two Sisters, and Noodlehead being my faves). I would’ve gained a ton… of weight if not for the gym in the building. It’s not huge, but it does the job for what I need. There’s treadmills, stairmaster, bikes, rower, and a variety of dumbbells/kettlebells. I grab coffee from the lobby at least

I have really enjoyed living here. It is a really beautiful building and the apartments are modern and spacious - allowing me room to have a mini studio which is an amazing asset for an artist. I love this neighborhood - great restaurants like BRGR, Spoon, and Plum right on the corner, and as you continue up the street there are many great options.… Wholefoods, Trader Joes, and Target are super close and convenient. I love having onsite parking and the Walnut on Highland team make everything really easy. I just renewed my lease. I look forward to another year living in the best building
