Hello My name is Jamie I've been a resident at the Roosevelt for 3 yrs now I work downtown & Always wanted to live downtown The Roosevelt was & is the PERFECT CHOICE for myself & anyone thinking of moving downtown the building is located in the heart of town in a convenient sitting surrounded by all types of restaurants close to Point state Park & also Market Square & now that the world is opening back up there's ALOT of shows & concert venues coming up I Adore my apartment ( my own little private Oasis the size the setup the location EVERYTHING about it is PERFECT for me) there's a laundry & community

Owners are very rude....I was at an appointment at the salon in the building and on my way out when I recieved an important phone call. While speaking on my phone by the steps, I was told by security I needed to leave and was loitering. I was standing there for 5 minutes....I have been a client at the salon for years and for the "management" of this building to tell me I am loitering by taking a call on my way out from an appointment is preposterous. I have sympathy for anyone who resides and/or has to work in this building for these ridiculous people.

Hello fellow viewers! I would like to express my satisfaction in my recent move to the Roosevelt building! I work within the city as well as my fiancé, who is an adjunct instructor at Point Park University! We had been apartment searching for quite some time and recently found a couple of apartments that interested us, one of them being the Roosevelt building! Out of the three (3) different apartment buildings we toured, we took a liking to Roosevelt because of its calm and welcoming environment. We met the leasing agent, who was extremely professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions

I've been a resident for almost 10 years and the location is somewhat disturbing because of the outside noise but no complaints with the building. I have a nice spacious apartment for a single person as I. The new Management has made quite a change within the interior. My friend is on the waiting list. I feel safe with 24 hour Security.

I've been living at the Roosevelt for eight years and have to honesty say I'm very happy here .. They are on top of repairs... Currently putting new elevators in... The Apartments are up dated and are great and the management A Ok !! ... Twenty four seven security desk at entry... Another plus Tenant's college students . young professional worker to retired a great mix. Final plus Location Location. Location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
