Very frustrating check in process. They didn’t send us check in information ahead of time. The email they claimed to have sent was blank and when i replied asking if this was a mistake, no one responded. We didn’t think this was a big deal since we didn’t know at the time that there wouldn’t be anyone available in person at the site. Tried all of the chat and contact phone number options posted in the building and didn’t receive a response until over half an hour later. Affordable stay downtown but at a cost.
During a recent visit, we had trouble checking in and getting into the building. Ended up around back which still had stay pgh signage and a lockbox so no indication we were in the incorrect place. The lockbox there does not open with the key code given and we were not able to contact staff despite multiple calls, texts and messages left so we could receive support getting into the building. No staff returned those messages throughout the duration of the stay. We did however receive multiple automated emails about quiet hours and to “let them know if we

Great price for a large two-bedroom “City Lights” apartment with a cool vibe and a great downtown location. Very clean, nicely furnished and excellent communication regarding the reservation and details of our stay. Easy walk to our concert at PPG Arena - only wish we could have stayed longer to do more exploring. We will definitely be back!

This is such a perfect location for the price! Easy to find and easy parking. The parking ended up $30 for less than 24 hours. The room had everything we needed for a quick night over in pittsburgh. If we were staying longer, it's easy to get to nearby place for some food or necessities. Lots of space here for a few people. Was able to book on really short notice. Thanks!

Gorgeous building, convenient location. You're able to check in as early as 12 (I checked in at 1, super helpful so you don't have to lug your suitcase all over the place waiting to check in at 3 or 4, like other places). I love that you get an entire little apartment. The staff I did interact with were very friendly and helpful. Just make sure you book as early as possible, they fill up fast. I was only able to book the first 2 days of my trip and when I went later to book the 3rd day, they were full. 1000% will be staying here next time I visit Pittsburgh
