Love living here. The location and building up keep is excellent. The location is right in the heart of Chinatown. There are so many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. The maintenance staff is super helpful and easy to work with. The front desk and leasing staff are very responsive. We saw many apt buildings in our search and they were always missing something whether it was a package delivery hub, parking, in-unit washer and dryer, feeling of community and safety, etc. Blossom plaza has it all and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend living here.

I moved in here in July and so far everything has been good, the security, the front desk people are friendly and helpful, everything is clean, amenities are good.
My biggest complaint is the air conditioning in my unit, the coolant would constantly keep freezing and consequently it would drip down onto the bathroom floor. The maintenance were very friendly and helpful, they had to come like five times over a span of 2 months. Eventually they realized the issue was beyond their scope of practice and called the air conditioning people. They then informed me they had to check the roof and realize

I have been living at Blossom Plaza for a little over 3 years now and I have nothing but good experiences the entire time. I rarely have to submit a maintenance request, but when I do, it's handled quickly. I also need to take a second to recognize Stephan Dial, who really makes this building feel like a community. We chat often and he does everything he can to ensure I'm having the best experience living here.

This apartment complex is one of the nicest ones I’ve seen in a while. Everything is organized and the communication between myself and management is superb!
I’ve been to many apartment complexes in my 30 years as a UPS delivery driver but this one is by far the best one!!

We’ve lived here for a little bit over a year now. And it’s been wonderful. The building is new. It’s clean, very well maintained and secure. What we love most about living here is the customer service and the staff. The front desk staff, leasing office and the maintenance crew are always a delight to interact with. For the first 12 months we didn’t have to call maintenance even once. Recently we’ve had a few small maintenance tickets and all 3 times Francisco took care of everything so quickly. Friendly, polite and very professional. Highly recommended!

I want to take a moment to recognize that times have been hard for everyone this past year. I am sure that some of the situations that management encounters while running the community must be incredibly challenging and yet the building operations run smoothly as a breeze.
Blossom Plaza is a beautiful building with well-kept amenities that make it enjoyable to live here; it is a beautiful property. However, what I sincerely appreciate more than anything is the way every staff member, courtesy patrol, housekeeping, maintenance, office staff, and management, everyone’s work and friendly attitude

I've been living in so many apartment building in LA area before. This is the only apartment building ripping you off COMPLETELY after you moves out! Do not move in to this building if you are not ready for these: 1) don't expect to get any deposit back after move out. 2) pay double amount of your deposit for the two layer of paining, wall repair, cleaning fee, and extra cleaning fee for the move-out inspection. 3). prepared to receive 3 calls from the debt collector on a Monday morning after 2 weeks move-out for the bill you're charged by them. 4) when you request more information

I am from Huntington Beach and just got an internship at a local law firm here in LA. I found blossom plaza and knew that this was home. It's absolutely beautiful! . It's a dog friendly building and the people here are so nice! Anna-Lisa especially had been so accommodating she makes me feel like I have a second mom here in LA:) my dog even loves her, she always makes it a point to come out of her office to see how I'm doing being in a new city and to pet my little dog "Carley." I love living here and am so excited that I have Anna-Lisa to go to if I ever need anything

The units are great! I love the people I've met who live here and the security team and the front desk are kind and helpful. The location is convenient as the Gold Line Chinatown Stop and LA State Historic Park is right out our back door and the 110 is right around the corner. It's close to Glendale, Silverlake, Pasadena, and there are bike lockers to keep our bikes safe (free!) in the parking structure so you don't have to worry about someone stealing your bike. I sleep better because I feel safe here. There are so many great local businesses in every direction that have survived the pandemic

From the beginning we arrived to Blossom Plaza, immediately I had the feeling the moment was right and from the front office staff through security, what a beautiful warm welcome we received. Here to echo Andrea's review-- Tama was great and Blossom Plaza was the only building that I looked at Downtown that didn't send me non-stop emails to "hurry up!" and sign a lease. The building is quiet, the neighbors are nice, the front desk staff is kind and helpful, security is stellar (they keep us informed about all security issues-- there aren't many but when they do happen, we get an email stating what the issue was and what they're doing to mitigate the problem), and my unit is lovely. My experience was good and I'm sorry to hear others haven't had the same luck. Granted, I was only checking out the place for a potential move. However Tama had been helping me and she was great. She gave me a quote and after I mentioned the rate was cheaper on their website she adjusted the quote. She was friendly, answered all my questions, was no pressure and responded to e-mails pretty promptly. I ended up going with another place but am grateful for Tama's help in this process.

Don't rent this place. If you want to take a rest in your home at night, don't come here. The residents here have to listen to horribly loud music from a cafe downstairs every night, especially during the weekend, it's hell of noise. I think that this leasing office and security team are fully aware of this problem, but they don't care. If you don't believe my review, come and visit Songbird cafe during weekend nights, and you will realize what kind of noise you have to accept to live here. It's the attached cafe to this apartment.
