Love the piero! I wanted to also Acknowledge Zoila ! She's a team member at the piero! I moved in back in October 2020 and she's been always such a pleasure to be around. Every time she sees me she says hello and we have a beautiful conversation. She's very hardworking and she always keeps the hallways and elevators clean. You can tell she loves her job! Brittany Shannon is the absolute worst. not only did she pocket my application money but she spent it on a gucci purse. on the day of my application interview we were conversing and i noticed a blue mink purse from ross. after being assured my application was passed and i was approved for the apartment, we went thru all of the paperwork just for her to suddenly cancel and decline it all on me. scandalous. she wouldn’t return any of my calls after that, so i had to pull up on her at the leasing office. she looked surprised like she didn’t think i would come. i surveyed her office and noticed

The Piero is amazing. The location is right in the mix of things in downtown Los Angeles. The units are spacious and well designed. They have everything that you need including resident services, gym, conference rooms, multiple libraries, study rooms, and a beautiful pool overseeing downtown. The staff is also helpful whenever we have questions. Special shout out to Melanie Fann who took great care of us and made us feel welcomed from the beginning.

Honestly the best place I’ve ever lived. I work in an industry that involves a lot of touring of high end apartments and working side by side with leasing staff and I genuinely feel like I lucked out by getting a unit at The Piero. First and foremost I’d like to hand out a personal thank you to Gregorio Martinez at the leasing office for his patience and assistance throughout the application/move in process, he’s been very vocal, honest, and punctual with his responses to my abundance of inquiries. I Have a horrible experience to apply for apartment in Piero. Gregorio Martinez, a new agent who helped me with the process. He seems nice but very unprofessional and lack of experience to resolve the issue. I request to apply for 1 bedroom. Gregorio Martinez recommended me to switch to 2 bedrooms since I have 3 other roommates. I have no idea how the process works since Gregorio Martinez did not explain me that they have limit time for application process. I really like the management staff at this building (they do an amazing job and are friendly and reliable), but manager assistant Ashley can't be trusted. She don't listen to your concerns and work orders are not completed within a timely manner, if at all. Don't take her word for anything. Plus she is very rude and totally unhelpful!!!

Love living here so far. The apartments are a nice size. It’s a bit of a maze to maneuver but you get used to it. I thought the kitchen was going to be too small but it ended up being just the right size for me. The amenities are great and I do think they take great care of the buildings. More importantly I feel safe here. The only downside and that’s just apartment living is that I can hear my neighbors walk when they are walking heavy. This place is not even worth one star. The management was extremely rude and treated tenants like prisoners. Resident office employee Francis was horrible, very rude, unprofessional and impolite to tenants. The apartment double deadbolt locks were cheaply made. Burglars could open the apartment door lock easily with using a tool without leaving any door broken mark. My home has experienced burglary crimes. The management never cared about the crimes when I made complaints. Instead, they yelled. I live witnessed that Policemen came and interviewed one tenant whose two laptops were stolen by a burglar

Horrible place, people partying all the time and management says they cannot do much and will only issue noise violation after repeated complaints. Lots of shady people renting appartments here, who are unconscientious towards neighbor and who do not care about drumming their loud music or having parties on the balcony. The Place is run down and has become a budget apartment which attracts correspondingly. Apartments above the garage door will hear the garage opening and closing during all hours of the day and night. Fire alarms are going off in the middle of the night. Good neighbors are leaving

Let me first start off by saying that looking for an affordable place in Los Angeles with 5-star amenities is a major pain. I had been searching for a 1-BR apartment with a gas range, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking space for a good 5 months, and trying to keep that within my budget (under 2k) was almost impossible without sacrificing one or the other AND locale. Ubaldo Perez, the assistant community manager has been the absolute BEST! He is professional, respectful and so attentive! Any concern or question I have is always responded so quickly.
The maintenance staff is always so respectful and wear PPE when coming into my unit.

Moved here not to long ago. Unbelievable is all I can say. This is absolutely the best apartment complex in Los Angeles area. The customer service is superior, I always jokingly say (but yet actually am serious) this is like staying at an Walt Disney World resort.
