It's very good luxury apartment comes with a lot of amenities. Gym, pool, great roof top and good service. The leasing office is very helpful. They help customer out a lot. They treat customer with their kindness and well welcoming gesture. Earnests helps me out moving in process. He is really kind and show me the best way to move in stuffs. He took me a good tour to see different option access my unit. All in all. It's 5 stars

I tried very hard to stay positive but it’s been so frustrating I had to do this. This is a follow up to my previous review. No follow up from DaVinci to the insect issues for 5 months now and no response to questions on treatment plan. I’ve been logging and fixing the issues on my own. And By hiring outside resources. I’ve lived here for over 5years but the last 9 months the quality and cleanliness of this building and my apt has gone from bad to worse. I used to really love my apt and life here and many ways still do But between the insect issues showing up almost every week or 2 weeks

After being here for a year I can finally leave an honest review on my experience of my time at Da Vinci.
1. I just want to say, the resident services staff has always been so kind and helpful when I needed them and the maintenance crew as well. My issues lie with whoever is responsible for what actually goes on around here, and that not so nice head hancho in the leasing office who could really use an attitude adjustment when dealing with her residents.
2. Moving in mid pandemic, we didn't have access to the amenities, which was understandable however this did not change the price of rent

My BFF moved in here and at first we thought it was great. However, the ventilation is poor. He smells strong food smells, cigarettes, and cannabis inside his unit. There's a no pet policy, but there a lot of emotional support dogs that urinate and defecate all over the complex- at the mailboxes, in the elevators, on the carpet- it's everywhere. One very large dog lunged at my BFF as the elevator doors opened. It's owner barely controlled it. Another time, a man had his pit bull in the parking structure and he let it off the leash. I do not normally write reviews for places but I recently visited the Da Vinci Apartments and received the best customer service by leasing agent Mr. Casper! He provided us with very professional & welcoming service! He really knows how to make you feel comfortable & at home! This is a very Luxurious place with so many amnesties and wonderful staff! Mr. Casper went above and beyond to accommodate us with all our needs! I highly recommend using Mr. Casper when leasing here!

My move in went smooth because of his high efficiency. He helped me to pick the unit, helped with every step of this process. I'm very thankful for all the help! I witnessed completely unprofessional and inappropriate attitude towards residents at the DaVinci Apartments. Community managers of this complex use their position to their advantage. They just drove residents out from the public shared space due to the party organized by the Service Manager. No any notifications in advance, proof or confirmation of reservation, just lies, discrimination and threats! They are confident they can behave this way because they are managers.

I recently moved into the Da Vinci property and Earnest Samson was my leasing agent. Earnest was awesome! He was very thorough, very responsive, and I felt well taken care of. This review is for Herbert M at the Da Vinci! I've been a resident for just a little over a month but Herbert has already been so helpful with all maintenance requests I've had. He was able to resolve the issues I had with the apartment including the washer and the A/C. He is knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I would recommend him to anyone!

Da Vinci has probably one of the worst customer service teams I have ever experienced.
The amount of paperwork required is longer and more tedious than an actual home mortgage.
They have these stupid electronic locks. They run out of battery and you are left stranded without access to your apartment. They also have timers, so they will stop working and you have to find time to go to their office to turn them back on. The issue is if it late at night when the timer is off, you get to spend time with the homeless as you can't get into your apartment.
They are as flexible dealing with

Where do I begin? I've been a resident at the DaVinCHEAT for quite a while now so my comments do hold merit. Everything use to be nice at this property now the only nice place may be inside your apartment.
First off, I want to say the staff is a nice group of people. The maintenance and custodial crew are amazing and very pleasant. There is one security guard that has been here a very long time and he is great at his job and handles himself with pride. I can't remember his name at the moment. The gentleman who sits at the front desk once you walk into the RSO is very kind and courteous

My friend and I recently moved into Da Vinci apartments. We have had an amazing experience working with Andrew from the get-go.
Andrew is super sweet- we had so many questions when we came in to tour the property and Andrew answered all of them and made sure all our concerns were addressed!
Later on, Marissa helped us with the move in process - she responded quickly to our queries over email and that helped us speed up the move in process!

I was here for a showing, the leasing agent was professional and polite. She address all my concerns. The unit was very clean and there was an air purifier in the middle of the living room to protect us from COVID19. Everyone was wearing mask. The unit have appliances, I personally found the refrigerator too small, I made a comment about it and I was told by the leasing agent that Tenants are not allowed to change any of the appliances and requisition for it are denied, even though there is still room for a bigger refrigerator.

My boyfriend and I decided it was time for a change and more space due to us currently both working from home. We looked and looked and then stopped then one day my mom sent me a link to the da Vinci I talked my man into going on a self guided tour and boom it was love at first sight for him. I loved my place in Hollywood and am still scared of the change but Earnest helped guide us through and make the transition easy and La Joi just made my day every time I called the office ...which was a lot. Ha.

This application is well over due
I moved out a couple of months ago. I lived there for about a year and a half. I really enjoyed their amenities. They have a pool, gym, tanning room, theatre room, concierge team.
The only downfall that I thought was that they don't clean the carpet in the hallways often. This was a major thing for me.
