Wow, ECO sure had made a 180 from that time when we had temporary staff in place whom were letting the standards of the team drop. However, ever since Cheyenne and her new team members sure have turned this place around, definitely for the better! We once again know what's going on within ECO with the great daily updates or the quick reply to any emails. Once again, this is a nice place to live thanks to new management!

I’ve lived in ECO for about a year now and could not be any happier. The front desk staff are amazing, and are always so helpful. The building is very secure, and the area is safe. If you’d like, you can sort by lowest review and read HUNTERs 1 star review saying the complete opposite. Hunter had his truck stolen because he left his door unlocked, with his keys in the cup holder, so take it with a grain of salt. The pool and gym are fantastic. I am going to extent my lease for sure.

Live here if you want your stuff stolen. My vehicle was stolen out of the “secure” parking garage. The storage units have been broken into on at least 3 occasions when I lived here. The bike storage cage has frequent thefts. ECO’s response is to add more security. The only thing this added security does is kick residents out of the pool. ECO is unwilling to make right on any of these thefts. The management here is similar to that of a BMV. I would rather eat a tide pod than deal with the management team here. I also would avoid the MAE. It is owned by the same people. The pool is cool and

This place is fantastic! The perfect blend of luxury at a fair price. The apartments is new and beautiful. The amenities in the place are amazing. The hot tub, pool, and gym make it so that some days I don't even have to leave the apartment building. Jonathan and Markas do a fantastic job of managing the building and people. The maintenance and staff are very quick to help when I have a problem. I recommend this building to everyone.

Eco is by far the best apartment building I have lived in! The staff is amazing, friendly, and hard working. They are willing to help you with anything you may need. It really is a community feel. The residents are respectful and clean. We love the pool, gym, clubhouse, and the great coffee machine in the lobby! They keep the common areas clean and we have enjoyed the events that Alyssa and Markas put together. I recommend this building to everyone that moves here and truly love it!

Alyssa, Markas, and the entire 333 ECO staff are second to none! I rented a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom overlooking East Colorado Avenue and with some breathtaking views of the Mountains. The location (two blocks from an eventful Downtown), amazing common areas, and underground parking to avoid hail damage sold me the most. My room also had ample kitchen space for cooking and entertaining guests. I have lived in Massachusetts, Baltimore, Nothern Virginia, and Kanasas City, but this apartment at ECO topped any previous residence. Been living at ECO since February 2019. I’ve checked out many different style apartments around Colorado Springs but went with ECO because of the Mountain views and being so close to downtown where all the bars and restaurant are located. The amenities is top notch and they also have a underground garage which a lot of apartments in the Springs don’t have.
