Worst place i ever lived my neighbors above me were arguing and one pulled gun out. I was outside with my child when this happened. And this was even the first time someone got aggressive and violent since I been here. I never felt safe mot of the time living here and management didn't even really seem to care.Bc of the hills i refuse to live in another apartment again. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to live here.

First lived here and was paying 750 which was the agreement for the year that was signed for... About 3-4 months in my bill for them is 890 a month some how.... You pay utilities to another company but they will also charge you for the same utilities. The laundry card machine is in their office instead of the laundry room.. So it's hard to put money on the card when I leave for work before they get here, you can't come during noon because they are on break, and I can't get them later in the day because I get back after they are gone. Frustrating paying almost 150 extra than I should a month for

It was a good place to live, it was quiet for the most part. Obviously you're going to hear kids running around upstairs and all that, but it was quiet in the sense that everyone kept to themselves. The maintenance was also pretty good. I just put a maintenance ticket online and the guy showed up within 20 minutes, if not then at least on the same day. One thing I also liked was how everything was done online when it came to rent so with autopay I didn't have to worry about having to leave work early to go pay rent. The staff was also pretty friendly, never had a problem with them.

Recently lost out maintenance man, and lost the new one a week later. Not sure what is going on but been waiting over a month for our service calls to be answered. Other than that lived here almost two years. Its quiet, affordable, we have a new apartment manager and she seems nice and like she wants to help. Time will tell.
