Where to even begin. The previous two landlords at least hired professionals who did their jobs and knew what they were doing. Don't expect your deposit back unless you're ready to take Brent to court. He will come up with any excuse possible not to. The office is closed most of the time in order to cut costs, so don't expect to be able to drop in. We couldn't receive mail for over a week because the landlord didn't want to replace the broken code box. The crime rate has skyrocketed along with the rent. That went from 850 up to 1200 dollars within three years. Crazy neighbors like to make up rules

Have had a great year living here! Management is pretty good and quick to fix issues that come up. There's a great little community of people who talk to each other, and a bunch of friendly dogs to pet (if that's your thing).
I have one of the renovated apartments that have ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, and have never had a problem with temps in the summer or winter. There's a keypad to get into the front door and keys to get into side doors for security and convenience, and cameras in the laundry rooms and main areas help keep the place feeling safe.

I've lived at Eagleview since April 2016, and have experienced both the previous and current management companies. I echo completely the sentiments shared in the top review - the new management team has really turned this place around.
This place is by no means luxurious, so if that's what you're looking for I'd suggest looking elsewhere. That said, it is cozy, relatively quiet, and I have always felt safe here. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good location, reasonable rates, and attentive management who really seem to care about the building and its tenants.

My wife and I have lived here with our son for over two years. While we had a rocky start here, most of our complaints were directly related to the previous management staff. We are happy to report the complex is under new ownership and management as of September 2017. The new management is vastly superior to their predecessors. Centurio and Cami have both proven to be consummate professionals, even when faced with an irate tenant like myself.
They've had their hands full. The previous management didn't enforce any lease violations, so things got a bit out of hand here. The tenants had been given

Very quiet and nice place to live. Neighbors are pretty quiet. Parking lot and buliding are very well light at night. Mail boxs are inside by main door. Key access only. Overall, I would highly recommend living here. I have only lived here for a week and a half but it's very peaceful and relaxing. The management here is fantastic! The people that live here are so friendly and nice as well!
