This building is in a fantastic area, and the highlight is being above Loyal Coffee and across the street from White Pie . Highly recommend!

Blue Dot is a great place to live downtown. The building is quiet, the apartments are modern with big kitchens. Management is what sets Blue Dot apart form the competition. They are extremely responsive. I recently had surgery and requested a midificqtion to my apartment. Management reponded immediately, kept me informed of the progress and quicky made the modification. These folks are great!

I've lived at Blue Dot for about 1.5 years, and am so happy I made the choice to live in this specific apartment building downtown. The community within Blue Dot is truly something special. Our apartment is open and airy, with beautiful mountain views. Our neighbors are kind and courteous, and we've made lasting friendships here. Blue Dot has been an incredible living experience. The apartments are modern, sleek, and quiet. The kitchens are unbelievably large and excellent for cooking and baking. Management is very communicative, responds almost instantaneously to questions and requests, it feels like renting a private home from a private landlord. The common spaces are always kept clean. It is nestled in the beautiful downtown and has always felt safe. Walking distance from great food and fun.

My boyfriend and I have lived at Blue Dot for 6months and we absolutely love it. We love the spacious layout, modern look, cleanliness of the building and being walking distance to downtown. It has been great getting to know both the owners of the building. They are super friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to go the extra mile for everyone of their residents. We love our home and feel very safe here. 10/10 recommend.

Calling Blue Dot home for nearly 2 years has been a great experience. I was seeking a walking lifestyle, secure building, locally owned, downtown views, thoughtful floor plans and attractive finishes, high standard of maintenance, and community feel within the walls. Blue Dot delivers all of the above and more. Communication between residents and owner and/or manager is clear, prompt and thorough. Monthly social events facilitate a sense of connectedness. I can't say enough about how much I love Blue Dot Place! This is my and my husband's second home and we are so comforted by knowing our place is being well managed while we are away. The community is small, so the management knows all their residents and they go out of their way for us. For example, they will put packages inside your apartment for you, turn off appliances if you think you've left them on, and address maintenance requests promptly. I also love the attention to detail, like adding hand sanitizing stations on each floor's elevator in response to Covid-19.

Overall this is a great place to live if you are looking for a good location in the downtown area that enables you good accessibility to the greater Colorado Springs area with not a lot of frills.

This is a great building with a fairly excellent community where you know your neighbors. In this building, people acknowledge each other in the hallways and say hello - which I haven't seen everywhere I have lived. The community aspect is fostered by resident gatherings and events that are sponsored by the management.

The location in downtown is great for getting around town and very walkable

So glad I'm out of this place. I didn't know I was moving into a homeless neighborhood. Google map "homeless" in this zip code 80903, so sad and not safe. Rent is high considering your many neighbors who sleep and even go to the bathroom in the alley behind this place. Yuck!

Management stinks. The have the nerve to treat you like you are lucky to live there.. attitude city!. Lease will charge you flat fee of 2,000 to leave your lease early, will not even negotiate, no pro-rating here.. also kept my entire deposit but It was worth the $2500 just to get away from these creeps

This is an excellent apartment complex. For the price you pay, it is quite worth it. The management is prompt and responds to your inquiries and questions within minutes if not a few hours. The maintenance is on time and quite proper. The apartment is cared for with excellence and some of the best effort I have ever seen. The location itself is wonderful - it is downtown. Alas that comes with two negative things - road noise from bikers/ricers/other loud vehicle owners who have little IQ and large egos, and horrible music and noise from a bar called Oscars across the street.(very bad country/rock
