I’m a supplier that works with several communities in Colorado Springs and this is one of my favorites!! Maintenance waves or stops to say hello when you see them on the golf carts. The management team is so helpful and friendly!! Residents are out walking their dogs, visiting while watching kids play. I would recommend The Centre for a great community to live!

I lived here for about 7 months and I would not recommend to anyone. The kids and the parents of the kids in the community have no respect for others yelling at the top of their lungs at the pool area at night (9pm)
The Management team is absolutely terrible and will change the lease on you without notifying you because it's a completely different one from the one you sign and try to spam you out of more money but adding fees upon fees. Our lease was 8 months long and goes to month to month after that. It stated that it was supposed to end in and notifying them 50 days before move out was not

My SO and I have been living and renting from here for about two months. We moved from out of state and didn’t have super high expectations due to not being able to physically tour apartments in the area. Well… this apartment is not what we expected AT ALL. Super old and outdated. Called to schedule a tour of our unit before moving in. They denied… it and told us they were doing ‘upgrades’ and making the unit ‘livable’. FIRST RED FLAG. Being the person I am, I dealt with the situation because it could always be worse. Now here is where the REAL problem

Hoping my review helps someone in making the right choice. I’ll start with the pros and get into the cons. I will come back to update this post subsequently as I just moved in here just in September. Management asked for my review the day I moved but I decided to wait it out to give an honest review. So here you go

-They have maintenance 24/7 on site. They’ve been quick with my work orders(minor stuff). Only concern I have with that is I found out they were going to come fix something in my apartment through a worker not the management. Brought it up to them and they fixed it. (Next

The worst place I’ve ever rented from. They have hidden fees everywhere. I went in two months ahead of time to tell them I’m moving out and discuss the process. They failed to tell me about the 60 day “written notice” even though I was literally in that window at the time of the discussion. They then put me on a month to month lease that I didn’t sign and did not consent to, charged me extra on the month to month. They charge you fees to even pay your rent. They charge the water bill on average for the whole building so your paying for water you don’t even use. We also ate the late

Move in was swift and easy, neighbors are extremely friendly, apartment has ample space for myself and my dog. Very close to Palmer Park which is perfect for afternoon walks with my dog! I have not heard my neighbors at all and there have been no issues inside the apartment home.
There are plenty of children and dogs around the complex making it feel that much more like home.
Only downsides are no in-unit laundry and no central A/C. I invested in a swamp cooler that works great though!

Ashley, Kimberly (Office) and the maintainance crew are wonderful. Everytime I have had a problem, they are on it. My most recent was when my upstairs neighbors overran the tub and flooded my apartment. Ashley and Kimberly worked together and had the team out the next day to get it cleaned up. Michael from maintainance was out the following day to… paint and repair every little detail that needed to be done. All were very professional and expediant. Not to leave out Jonathan (the last poperty manager) who was exceptional and has moved to another property. I love the crew/s past and present
