I’d like to know if anyone even works in the office anymore? 🤷♂️ I have been calling all morning. No one EVER answers the phone and I just came from the office and no one was in there. Hardly anyone is ever in the office. I cannot understand how one runs a business this way. This is a HUGE problem that one cannot EVER reach anyone! I would like to know WHYYYYY

All great when they're trying to get you to apply and rent. Terrible service when you're finally a resident. Leasing office has calls forwarded to voicemail, yet there's multiple staff hanging around in the office. Terrible communication. Disgusting apartments. Pictures will show A/C Units but does not come air conditioned.

Wonderful place to live! Really close to everything! The complex staff is super patient and does a great job keeping the grounds in good shape. Beautiful and vibrant property. The management was also very kind during the year of covid. Neighbors are all super pleasant people. I genuinely made friends that I'll keep for a lifetime.

I filed an application last week on Thursday and paid a deposit of $200 got called in Monday that my application was "conditionally" approved because of income, and because of that I would have to have a $400 deposit instead of the $200, I then walked in the next day with the extra $200 for the deposit Hense they don't offer washer and drier in each apartment which I didn't care at that point, I spoke to a lady their and tried explaining to her that the young lady that helped me at first stated to me my rent would be somewhat cheaper if I got the 14month rent least which I agreed

Really should consider living elsewhere; looks can be deceiving. read ALL parts of your lease (even though they dont go by it anyway). Lived here a little over 2+ yrs. It's on its third management team...the last two were beyond terrible. Building 1208s water is brown and gross. They tell you to just get a filter. Laundry rooms are nasty! Only way to fill laundry card is office which was always closed. Office leaves notes on cars and doors, such as "10 day rent demand notice" bc they post utilities on the account late and then want to charge you extra. You pay a payment fee when
