Living here was great, so I originally had a five star rating which I'm downgrading to a 3 due to the experience I had when breaking my lease. They have a re-letting fee option where you pay $500 and any rent until they're able to rent out the unit. My unit was rented to someone else prior to me moving out, but i wasn't told that by "rented out" they meant "unit is occupied". As a result they charged me for time after I had moved out which feels shady.

The apartments are very spacious, beautiful, and the properties are well taken care of. The leasing agent, Marlén, was beyond helpful. She was very articulate and made the whole process of getting into an apartment very easy and enjoyable. If any of my friends arelooking for a new place, she is always the first person I suggest!

The apartments are very nice and the area is pretty quiet. If you are looking to rent, Marlen is an excellent resource. She is friendly, always willing to help, and knows the area very well. She is able to provide lots or recommendations on what is in the area and what to do, which was extremely helpful for a first timer in Colorado and the Aurora location in general. The maintenance staff is top notch and gets things done in a timely manner and does excellent work.

If you come to Arterra to check out apartments, be sure to talk to Sonya. She not only is incredibly friendly, but also willing to take the time to get you a place that will fit your needs. She listened to our top priorities, showed us two options that worked (not the model, but the actual units we would be renting), and was open/ honest about all included fees so we wouldn't run into any unexpected costs. She was a breath of fresh air in our rental search. She also represents what seem to be a clean, well maintained, and secure complex. My fiance and I toured yesterday and we cant stop talking

I recently was given a tour of these beautiful apartments by the assistant manager Sonya.
There are lots of options on 1 and 2 bedrooms along with leasing options. The facility is a contemporary design and kept very clean. During my tour the facility was quiet and what residents I did encounter were respectful and friendly.
Arterra is on the top of my list!

I lived here for almost four years, Kayla and Sonya are always awesome. The maintenance team is great as well. I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t fixed within a reasonable time and have always been able to reach management when needed. I have even had a couple of after hour emergencies that were also handled very rapidly! I love the community and the people that live here (that I’ve met) are all communicative and friendly.
