I like this place. Mike (Maintenance guy) does a really good job at keeping this place clean…the pool area especially. When something goes wrong in my apartment, he’s there to fix it the next day. He’s quick and responsive. I haven’t had any major issues. No bugs…no break ins…I feel safe. The only thing is the parking is a little tough. I wish there was more. And hoping rent doesn’t keep increasing or I don’t know what’s to come next year. Melanie and Katie are helpful whenever I call the office. All around it’s a good complex, a good place to live. The first time Dewet came into my apartment it was for a running commode. He replaced the parts and then realized the toilet wasn't secured to the floor. He then fixed that problem. Just now my smoke detector battery went dead and within 5 minutes of my call he was here with the ladder and a battery. What an outstanding young man. He has manners and is so professional. He gets my gold star for the day!!

Moved in a week ago and could not be happier. My apartment is clean, freshly painted, and all new flooring! The manager, Melanie could not have made the experience any more pleasant. Her office staff is friendly and helpful as well. I had a couple of very minor maintenance issues and they were fixed promptly.
Maintenance guy was very nice and polite. The complex is quite and kept clean. The location is near just about everything.

Living here 12 years, so yeah, I gather we kind of like it.
Yes, that is about 130,000 dollars in home equity over that time, but renting over owning, at times, does have it's perks.
Nevertheless, Solis Apartments. Formerly, Camden at Towne Center has served us well over the years.
The area is incredibly quiet and safe, as the zip 85308, has been one of the safest, year after year. A great walking area. And so very convenient to the surrounding amenities.
What really stands out during recent events, is the manner in which our former Manager Jodi, and her staff stepped up during this troubling
