Lenox At Patteson Place Managed By Chartwell

I moved into Lenox at Patterson place about 4 weeks ago, and so far I have been very pleased. Through out the application process Gigi did a great job of answering my questions and showing me the unit I was applying for, Gigi also provided me with good advice such as calling an internet provider to get a better deal rather than applying for their internet service online. As for the unit itself so far nothing to complain about, everything is running well no surprises, I have had to put in a maintenance request due to the towel rack in the bathroom not being securely attached to the wall so hopefully

Im not sure I'd call these luxury apartments whatsoever. My roommate and I have had problems with cockroaches, noisy dogs, multiple maintenance repairs and a gym that closed because people keep stealing things. It's good for students who just need a roof over their head, but anyone who has more money to spend, I would suggest somewhere else.

From viewing apartment through leasing process, the office staff was friendly yet professional, accommodating and helpful. I did not have to wait long for the approval process to complete. This enabled me to set moving logistics in motion sooner rather than later, and was a major stress reliever!
Moving in and getting settled confirmed for me daily, I had made the right choice. The community is nestled in a wooded, hilly area that is quiet and very pedestrian friendly. Yet, minutes away is a varied and busy commercial district that populates much of Hwy 15-501 in southwest Durham, close to Rte

Best place I have lived thus far. Very welcoming staff. Answer all inquiries in a timely manner and maintenance staff is wonderful also. They respect the privacy of your home and whatever is needed they see to it that it is completed in a timely manner. Could not live in a better place. On top of that its a very beautiful environment with lovely neighbors. Dont see this as flattery but the absolute truth and Im not receiving ANYTHING to post this. Its from the kindness of my heart based on MY experience.

I have lived at Lenox at Patterson Place for nine years. I love my home, the service and attention from the leasing management team and the maintenance team.
My neighbors are friendly, the mixed demographic of neighbors is refreshing.
Living here is very enjoyable and my nine years here is testament to that fact!

Lenox is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, they have responded with helpful information and advice. *Dora is the Best* I love the mix demographic of my neighbors. Also I want to thank the grounds keeper for trying to do their best at keeping the community clean. Would I recommend anyone to stay here, my answer would be Yes.

I had to make an unfortunate last minute move a few months ago, but Dora and the maintenance crew stepped up and stayed late to make it all work. The whole staff is awesome and we’re thankful to call Lenox home!

Before you read any review, keep in mind: Lenox at Patterson Place changed ownership in 2019 and the difference was night and day. It's an excellent place to live now. One of the best in the area, for sure. Any negative review before that just isn't about the same place.
Dora and Cherkitha are very kind and helpful at the office, and their maintenance staff are knowledgeable and prompt. Many apartments have undergone renovations and truly live up to the "Luxury" in Lenox Luxury Apartments. We recently transferred from a one bedroom to a partially renovated two bedroom, and couldn't be happier
