Glenrose Gardens

What a wonderful little gem! I came by to visit, and I met with Crystal who is kind, knowledgeable and just all around cool. I wish all apartment complexes offered this vibe. When they have units, I'll be back!

I moved into Glenrose earlier this year with my three children after selling my home and getting a divorce. My children were already familiar with the community and suggested I consider it out next home. At the time there were no units available but the management team made the transition very easy. I felt seen and supported and most of all not forgotten. The minute something was available I was notified, and just like that we were moving in.
Since then we’ve participated in town hall meetings to discuss the ever evolving progression of our community, we’ve witnessed our farm animals grow

I love Glenrose Gardens because it is a community! They have events for families & they give out little treats for events. I love the community & I feel safe!!!
Also, I need to mention Crystal! She’s amazing and is always there for each of the residents at Glenrose!!! She knows everyone by their name. It speaks volume to how much she cares about the residents!!!

I’ve been at glenrose for 2 months now and me and my sons love it here! Everyone in the community treats each other like family. There are residents who have lived here for decades so that speaks volumes to me. It’s affordable, clean and any issues I’ve had have been fixed or resolved promptly. I enjoy the gym, doing yoga on Saturdays in the soul space and learning how to tend to the gardens and animals on farm day. There’s a culture that’s unmatched here at glenrose and being close to the airport and the city are the cherry on top. This place is truly a hidden gem!

I don't know if the staff is leaving comments or what but the ratings are definitely WRONG!!! The so called management staff is highly UNPROFESSIONAL they will tell you lies to keep you on the fence and the attitudes are astronomical!! My handicapped mother can't even come home to her home after a extended hospital stay because MANAGEMENT keeps giving us the run around . At their request for her to move to another unit!! They have old units that they are throwing together and let's not talk about the roaches and the huge rat holes outside your doors. The crime rate is elevated and If I had the

The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful in every way that they can. The property is well maintained. Residents are peaceful and caring. Security team keeps us safe. Additionally we have our own farm and farm animals. Definitely a family oriented community.

I have lived in Glenrose since May 2020, the community is like an oasis. It's super friendly, safe, and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and courteous, Krystal is awesome. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend moving here.

I love living here. I have been here for about a month and I just really love it. I feel like I'm in a whole different world while inside this community . I feel safe living here and I’m happy to call this place home. Management is great and I feel they genuinely care about the people that call this place home. I see my self living her for several years. Also wanted to add Crystal is a gem !!

If you are looking to live in a progressive, family friendly, warm community, this may be the place for you. My townhome is beautiful and comfortable. My child can safely run about the playground. We are teaching our children about sustainability through our gardens, farm and fresh produce. Ihsan has great vision over here. Glenrose Gardens is synonymous to living a quality life.

The vibe you get as soon as you drive in is so peaceful. The staff is on point and really treat you like family. They really put in the work to make this community what it is, GREAT!

Very lovely homes and budding community life with neighbors who know and care for each other.

The staff has been here for years, some live here and really care about the community.

The grounds are well kept, the property has been newly renovated, and there's a positive vibe.

It is close to the airport, 285, 75, downtown Hapeville, Kroger, Walmart and Atlanta.

Very clean & beautiful community. Looks exactly like the pictures!!!! Nice renovated properties
