One star isn’t even low enough. My boyfriend paid quite a bit of money to stay here from 11/26-11/28 in the top of the line room you can get with a view, thinking we would enjoy a vacation together somewhere nice. Wrong. The room was COVERED in dust and the windows were so dirty that the previous visitor wrote “really” in the window. The tv didn’t work and the bed sheets were dirty. We asked for someone to clean the room and get service and the lady said, “we don’t clean the room ‘til you check out”. We couldn’t even get clean towels sent to our room. When we went downstairs to

Quaint country side charm hotel, no elevator but the stairs weren't bad at all. About a 10 minute walk from ferry . Located among restaurants gift shops and coffee shops . View of the mountains on the second floor deck located in front of hotel. Beds were comfortable and had a million pillows which I love. Nice size tv and dresser with lamp and small refrigerator, the unique ceiling fan kept the room nice and cool, it was a ac unit but I didn't adjust it. Small shelf to hold items with a hanger bar to hang clothes. Bathroom on the small side, shower felt like a coat closet . Kinda wish

Front desk staff are friendly. Rooms are small but cozy. The best thing is that everything is walking distance and there's also a live band playing music all day nearby with tables and chairs. You could grab some breakfast and enjoy it right there. Just don't forget to tip them because they are awesome. Besides that, this hotel has been remodeled so it has a modern look. Don't bring heavy luggages because there's no elevator. There's a restroom down the hallway which is very convenient to use. Masks are required.

No elevator, we had to walk up three flights of stairs, I am a senior citizen with me trouble and was not informed of this when making the reservation. Also, no amenities at all including no coffee pot, no continental breakfast as advertised blaming it on Covid when they could've done some thing, no Porter to carry luggage so my granddaughters had to take my luggage up and I only went up one time and came down one time , no view and a window looking at a blank wall. One Queen bed and one bunkbed, wasn't told about the bunkbed before hand. Cost was $598 including tax which was absolutely

Nice and friendly employees. Check in was easy. However the bed was horribly uncomfortable, so much so that neither of us could fall asleep. You could feel the springs and hear them every time you moved. We were also placed in rm 101 right near the entry where you could hear the front door open and close constantly. People were in and out all night up until 2am. Then right after finally falling asleep someone bangs on the front entry door at 0530 am so that they can be let in. Patio also had filthy patio chairs, dusty and dead insects outside. Also, no hotel phone(which is a first). TV issues during

Great location, but probably the most I've ever paid for the least received. Very little amenities and stingy with what they provide. The room had a bunk bed and the website indicated 2 separate twin beds for our adult children in the family room. We registered 4 people but got only 2 sets of towels. When we realized about the missing towels the front desk was closed. The person at the front desk seemed to be chatting on the phone all the time and ignored us when we came in to get our luggage. There was only one bar of soap so we had to move it back and forth between the shower and sink.

We stayed her from June 20th-24th. Check in went good. Room was ok. Mattress was not comfortable but the balcony and view made up for it. The part that frustrates me is for spending almost 1300.00, they don't service the rooms. After two days and not having any clean towels and needing TP and coffee, we went downstairs and asked for them to take care of it. They stated they would. We left for the day, came back and nothing. No towels, no TP, no coffee and garbage was full. We ended up going downstairs and getting it ourselves. When checking out, I informed the front desk of the situation only

I'm going to have "disagree" with those recent 1 Star reviews...sorry fellow Yelpers! :)
We recently stayed 2 nights in a King Room with a no view balcony from Sunday to Tuesday for a reasonable $450 total.
PROS:
-HUGE ROOM! Room 104 was clean, modern, and spacious.
-Lovely patio with a bamboo background, lounge chairs, and table
-The King bed was heavenly to sleep in...I think I need a new mattress for home!
-Large (50 inch?) LCD TV
-Bathroom has two sinks
-Pub height dining table and stools
-Coffee Machine
-Mini-Fridge
-Friendly service from everyone
-Beach towels were always

You can do so much better than this hotel for $440/night.
So the walls are super thin, rooms are super small. You can hear your neighbor room literally speak. Our phone in the room didn't work when we wanted to call reception as we were hearing really loud music at 11 pm at night. Just awful customer service.
Both on Saturday and Sunday they had no beach towels available. The rooms have a smell to it too.
Finally there is no breakfast due to C-19 guidelines so when you book, just be aware. The staff is super super lazy.
ALSO if you check out and you want to leave your luggage there

Warning! The rooms are falsely advertised on their website. The photos of the room we were promised were not at all like the accommodations we received. Very expensive rooms and not worth the money. We… didn’t want to spend our very limited time on our short vacation looking for somewhere else to stay. Thankfully I traveled with my own Lysol spray and wipes to disinfect the room. Note: The bathroom sink isn’t in the bathroom, it’s in a corner on the opposite side of the room and the bathroom was 2.5 feet wide with a TINY, very old shower. It was clear that the false advertising

This place is super cute & well done. Their Reno updates the rooms while keeping some of it’s quaint 1900’s vibe. Though there’s no elevator, the walk up (we’re on the fourth floor), offers architecture & finishes to look at as you go. There’s also a small balcony 1/2 way up with a water feature that faces the street. The room is comfortable &… the bed was clean. Loved their choice of toiletries, very fitting for this area. The coffee could use some work...if I had to complain, very weak. Have not had much interaction with the staff but upon returning

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is kept up very well and is simply charming. The staff were very friendly. We had a great view of the water from our room on the 4th floor.
There is no elevator,… so if you can't manage stairs I'd ask for a room on the lower floors.
My wife has been to Catalina multiple times and stated that this property was exceptional for the island.
