I've lived at a over 100-years condo in the Hayes under their management for a year. I would say their service is pretty poor. And READ LEASE SUPER CAREFUL!! There are many leaks and tricks will make Greene out of responsibility for maintenance.
If you insist to work with them, get ready to
1. Longer moving time. the condo, without elevator,
has very narrow staircase, only allow one person to pass one-time, makes it EXTREMELY HARD TO MOVE. I spent 8 HOURS with moving company's help. Basically you need to move furnitures piece by piece.
2. Buy and install curtains yourself. Their

I highly recommend Brian and Bob. Brian is the property manager, and Bob is the resident manager at the Hayes Valley apartment building where I lived for many years until I moved to my new home a month ago.
I rate them both A++ for professionalism, attentiveness, teamwork and instantaneous responses. They both went above and beyond what I would have expected. I think that's rare anywhere, but especially in San Francisco these days.

I found Greene Realty though Yelp's numerous ultra-positive reviews. One call and we knew why the reviews were so positive...Brian doesn't manage our condo, yet he has generously answered all of our questions.
Even better, he saved us money by helping us find a new insurance policy and also guided us through several legal issues concerning the management of our condo.
Brian's expertise, enthusiasm and patience were clear from the beginning.

I was trying hard to bring Brian's team to serve our tiny HOA, but he was very honest with me and explained why his company does not want to go outside SF. He was very helpful in referring me to other companies and providing other useful advices. Communicating with him via e-mail was super easy; he was fast in responding and made all efforts to help out and share info.

He's also invaluable when it comes to finding the best contractors, equipment providers, and insurers at reasonable costs, and he can professionally oversee any capital expense items on an owner's behalf.

Brian is a true professional. He is a great service provider and resource and generally trustworthy individual. Brian Greene and staff are really the best managers of condo associations you can find! They are responsive with emails and problem solving for maintenance and issues that come up in a condo. They also recommend the best companies for condo maintenance such as the best gardener we have ever had and a janitorial service that is outstanding. I highly recommend this group to manage your condo and pay your bills.

The lovely place that I used to rent was first managed by another company where Brian used work. So luckily, I had an opportunity to meet Brian before his company took over in managing my previous apartment building. Brian and his company are highly professional, and most importantly, very responsive to any tenant's needs or requests. When GRG took over it was a delight to manage and pay your rent or make maintenance request via GRG's website - a well designed online interface that made such things convenient.

Renting with Greene Realty was an excellent experience. Brian runs a very courteous and professional service. It was a total bonus rent could be processed electronically - always an excellent option for those who travel often. The building manager was friendly, competent and reasonable - and made himself accessible by text! The building was always clean and tidy and any repairs around the building or within my unit were made promptly. A few months ago the current tenant decided to move out of the loft I rent out in San Francisco. Unfortunately while they'd lived in the unit, we had moved away to Los Angeles for work, so finding a new tenant was going to be a new challenge.
