800 Capitol
Downtown can get a little hectic sometimes. 800 Capitol is right up the road where things are a little bit quieter, but still just as accessible. A short walk gets you to Indianapolis's Canal Walk and the IUPUI campus. Mass Ave and Monument Circle are only minutes away by foot or by bike, and I-65 is just north of the apartment complex.

Including all of these destinations, 800 Cap combines great amenities with an understated location. The word "loft" doesn't have to mean that apartment owners should have to sacrifice the quality of other amenities. 800 Capitol gives renters the best of both worlds: industrial meets modern. 800 Cap has spaces and amenities for any renter looking to live in Indianapolis.

I would like to share my exceptional experience during a visit and conversation with your staff member Melia P (cant remember her last name).
Melia is such a sweet and professional young lady. She was so helpful In answering all of my questions. I have looked at several complexes in the Indy area and the customer service received at yours was by far the best. You definitely need to know she is a great rep for your company.

Rented this apt for 3 days. Was totally satisfied. This place was clean. No bad smells. Layout was awesome. Will rent again if in area.

I miss this apartment so much. This was hands down the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Marshall is very sweet and responsive. The only downside is it’s a huge loft so it echos and you can hear your neighbors next to you if they’re loud, which we only experienced rarely. Very highly recommend!

I lived at 800 cap for 2 years and I loved every second of it. I don’t have any complaints the best place I’ve lived so far. Marshall is a great person to work with he’s always there to help and is very understanding. Customer service is great also. I just recently moved out and I already missed my apartment with the city view.

Lived there for 3 years and had a good experience overall. The location is great. Nice little gym, courtyard and rooftop area. Marshall is great at his job. Anytime I had an issue with routine maintenance inquiries the staff never let me down. The only negative remarks I have are that the type of people they rented to changed towards the last 1.5 years I was there. Not necessarily the kind of people I'd like as a neighbor. Overall a good experience and i've been gone for a few months and can say that I do miss my little apartment. Thanks again Marshall and team. You guys are great

I absolutely love these apartments. They are very much my style with the concrete floors, high ceilings, exposed ductwork and huge windows. Marshall was super helpful and patient as I was considering the different floorplans. I have had a couple maintenance issues, but they were quick to respond and fix those. I will say, if you're sensitive to noise, it might not be the best option. I do live on the ground floor on the St. Clair side, and there are a lot of ambulances that go by. I can also hear the water running through the pipes whenever someone takes a shower. I got used to it pretty quickly

I don't usually don't write reviews, but when saw that 800 Caps Management had received some negative reviews I felt I needed to share my experience as a resident at 800 capital I have lived here almost 2 years and have been given nothing but excellent customer service every single time I have had any interaction with the Property Manager Marshall or his staff. I have lived in many downtown Indianapolis apartments but this one I feel is truly home, besides loving my apt and the building itself having Marshall as a property manager makes living here the best living experience I have ever had he

I have lived at 800 Cap for 3 years...it is a great place to live most of the neighbors are very friendly. The amenities are great. The staff is friendly and Marshall the manager will go above and beyond to try and help. I have lived in condos downtown since 2005 and without a doubt 800 Cap has been the best.

Not Luxury! Horrible Maintenance! High turnover maintenance team does not have any knowledge! Management and maintenance does not follow policies to save money! Will leave you without A\C with 90+ temperature until it is cheapest to call someone to fix! Mind you rent is approximately $1000 a month with parking! Main level constantly spells like sewage and trash! Walls are paper thin with no insulation! You can hear your neighbors tv at low volume or a closet door closing! The only thing nice about this place is if you are lucky enough to get a city view! That's it nothing else! There are plenty

Love this place. Just about everyone is genuinely friendly and management is always respectful and thoughtful. Never had an issue, and would recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here at 800 CAP for 2 years. The amenities are wonderful.
The apartments are contemporary in design with gorgeous views of the city. I love living here and management goes above and beyond by delivering packages at the end of the day, making sure my maintenance issues are taken care of immediately and treating me like a neighbor verses a tenant. I rarely have an issue, however if I do, it is addressed in an appropriate manner. Thank you TWG!

My review is based on my experience with 800 Cap from September 2014 - August 2015. I lived on the first floor.

Would I recommend this place? Heck no.

1) The paper thin walls. Living here you should expect to hear everything going on with your neighbors - from the convos, to the music, to the tv, to their private business (yes, seriously.)

2) The loud water pipes - it constantly sounds like something is breaking down in the building when a toilet is flushed or a shower is ran.

3) The "court yard" is a let down - and disgustingly dirty, full of irresponsible pet owner's dog piles

I have lived at 800 Cap for a little over a year now and it is a wonderful apartment complex to live in! My apartment is very spacious with a great view of downtown Indianapolis (even on the first floor). Any maintenance requests that were put in have been resolved in a matter of days. The common areas, like the exercise room and courtyard, are always kept nice and clean. There is even a rooftop that is the perfect downtown hangout. The leasing staff is excellent as well. They are very responsive and every couple of months they provide all the residents with perks like free breakfast, pizza, and

I'm the first group of people live here. The apartment is new and everything looks perfect. The area is big enough compare to 9 on canel which is also a new apartment beside. Most of the staff work here are very helpful and friendly. Not all of the people will like you or like to take complaint from you.

Electricity and Internet is not included. Since there is a huge window in each apartment, and incredible high ceiling here, your electricity bill won't be cheap in winter anyway. Due to the cold weather, water wet my floor from window. This should not happen to a $1200 rent apartment
