As an expatriate I just got fully hired by the US company that I was detached to. The Wave decided that the format of my contract (executed agreement) wasn't good enough to justify income. I asked what type of accounts they'd accept as prood of savings but they never replied clearly. I've had 3 or 4 interlocutors via email, it seemed like they didn't always know what to do. Wasted my time and energy and obviously they don't care about that.

We love living at The Wave! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. I appreciate the inclusivity and all the events they take time to plan for residents. I love my neighbors and the great community here. My dog has lots of friends too! :) The building is also clean and managed well. The maintenance team is prompt and kind. Such a great experience so far!

Ultimate Seattle living experience! Would absolutely recommend the wave to anyone! The building is spectacular, the staff is outgoing and friendly, and the building is very safe in comparison to other Seattle apartments. Between Lumen fields security and the waves security, you will not feel safer at any other Seattle apartment.
If you love sports, views, community, culture, and a friendly atmosphere, look no further!

I've been at The Wave for several months now and I've been dealing with all the stresses of moving and trying to get settled in. During that time, two people who have brightened my day and been exceptionally welcoming, have been Amber and Dylan.
They've given warm conversation, help when I had questions about the payment center and been huge helps in problem solving in my time here. I can say without a doubt, that out of all the apartment complexes I've stayed in, they have made this the most enjoyable. Because not only did they warmly welcome me in, they made this place feel

Fabulous place to live.. I've been living at the Wave for over a year now and I believe it's the most beautiful place to live in Seattle. Amazing views of the downtown Seattle, Elliott bay, cascade mountains, and I can see my favorite Sounders and Seahawks games right from my bedroom and from the rooftop deck! Wonderful staff and service! I'd highly recommend experiencing living here!

We moved into the Wave in 2017 and are still here. The view is fantastic no matter whether it is sunny, raining, snowing, daytime, sunset, or nighttime. We love being within 2 blocks of the light rail and the waterfront. We haven't needed much, but I have been extremely pleased at the prompt responses to maintenance requests. We love Dylan and the other concierge staff who have helped us over the years. I like that there is a security person around at night. The package management is tough because I am sure no one anticipated all the deliveries people would be doing when it was designed.

I gave a one star e before as I got very frustrated at first with no follow up after I paid holding fee and application fee. And, it is so hard to get a hold of staff to tell you what will happen next while you just 30 days to move in and they did not tell you when you will get the lease signed. After quite a number of calls to different staff I got one repllied and told me what will happne next. I think it is management who helped. I hope better experience after moving in and I never live in property of this management company. Will come back later for rating. Wish you all blessing to find the

So we moved across the country from PA and spent a week in temp housing for my new job. We searched all over Seattle for the perfect pad. We fell in love with this place and for 2 years called it home until an opportunity to live on the lake opened up. Everything is great here, the community space is beautiful and those roof top views are hard to beat.
Also inside The Wave is the best concierge that this city has in Dylan. He remembers everyones names and knows exactly which unit you live in! He is always in a positive mood and will brighten your day. If Dylan wasnt there we could always count

Everyone from Dylan and the ladies at concierge to the management & staff, they all make you feel like family. Maintenance is extremely fast and responsive to your needs. Elevators have never been slow or broken in the 2 months I've been here. The building is quiet and well insulted compared to my past apartments when living in Las Vegas. I love the mailroom conveniently located in the lobby & the ups/fedex lockboxes just outside the front door. The people who live here in the building always chat with you and treat you like neighbors should. I have been living at The Wave for six years and love it. The staff is really friendly and helpful, especially Dylan Hooper. Dylan remembers everybody's (and their dogs'!) names, he is always going out of his way to be available and he tries to make people feel like this is their home. The views and amenities are wonderful. Pockets of Pioneer Square have its issues, but The Wave and adjacent areas feel safe with the private patrolling. Access to the freeways is super easy. My only complaint is the elevators could be a bit cleaner with all of the pets in the building, but I think that

This review is for property management and move out process.
The apartment is in a great part of Pioneer Square and the community that lives in the building is great and I very much enjoyed living there.
But the property management is inflexible and sees their tenants as numbers and not as humans. After raising my rent 20%+ every year I was fed up and decided to move out. Even despite everything going on with Covid the management was unwilling to negotiate. I moved out and my unit is still on the market and $300 less than I was paying. How does that make any business sense? They were so

PHENOMENAL location, amenities, & quality. Right next to stadiums, Chinatown, and King St Station. Gym, game room, movie theater are great and apartment units are modern and high quality.
Personnel is very responsive and considerate. Dylan at the front desk is always very friendly and knows even the residents' pets by name! He's a great face for the Wave. Oscar, our leasing agent, is also very friendly, responsive, and helpful. He's been awesome to work with and was a key reason my wife and I signed a 2 year lease here.
Safety is solid and the security company hired this past

I LOVE MY APT! It faces the stadium and on the right side is the sound and on the left side are the mountains. I can see Mt. Rainer which is absolutely beautiful. I will always be a Dallas Fan and I adore the Bears but now I am lovin' this #12 thing. The STAFF IS AMAZING. The apartment itself is also very beautiful with new appliances, cherry/dark wood, W/D in unit and hardwood floors. They also have cool things like sound-proof windows which (Seahawks/Sounders) fan break the barrier but why live this close if you want total silence. The doors and cabinet that don't slam - it has some

I am on week two of living here at The Wave and I can only say great things so far. The community is very diverse and full of life. Dylan at the front desk is one of the coolest guys and always extreamly helpful. There have been several parties host here at the building since I've been here and I've yet to have a problem with it being crowded or loud. I read multiple reviews about the elevators taking for ever but again, I've stood waiting for an elevator maybe 2 minutes max. Overall I am extreamly happy here and all though I may not have a view of the water I can definitely see

I am so happy with this residency. Chad is someone who I want to call out for recognition because he was such an amazing help during the entire process! He was just as excited about the building as we were. The building has amazing appliances, amenities, and this area of Pioneer Square is SO nice. No people lurking around at night, and very close to restaurants, light rail, etc etc. I've read some reviews about the elevators being a problem but I haven't had any issues thus far.
Highly recommend!

I have lived at the wave for 2 years now. I have loved my time here!
Pros
1. View - It is insane. I have a studio room that faces Centurylink Field. Being a huge Seahawk fan this is my favorite part of living here. I can watch the game from my bed. How freaking cool is that. If there is a Beyonce or U2 concert going on all you need to do is open the window and you can listen to it for free. This is the most unique part of the building because no other apartment in Seattle has this.
