I have lived here for 3+ years now and loved every bit of it! Great location, beautiful views, apartment interiors have a very homey vibe so you feel right at home, friendly and caring management and staff. As soon as I create a service request, Robert from maintenance also responds and resolves the issues so fast. Overall strongly recommend checking it out and living here!!! :)

We lived at the Viktoria for 6 years and truly enjoyed our time there. Incredible views, wonderful amenities, and great staff. We still live close and our pups are thrilled to still get to see Robert every so often when we're out on a walk. He always has a treat in his pocket and is sure to spoil them with lots of love and pets!

I have been a resident here for more than two years now. It is one of the best apartment buildings in Downtown Seattle at a price point that is reasonable. The views from the rooftop are the best you will find in this area - better than any rooftop bar in Seattle.
I also like the management team here and especially the associates who help you out on a daily basis. In particular, Robert has been great at solving issues that some times crop up in my unit. I highly recommend this building.

Amazing apartment with breathtaking views. The staff is extremely friendly and the service and repairs are quick and easy. Special mention to Robert from Viktoria who is been providing us excellent service and repairs since many years.

Love the building.. the view is incredible, the location is just great. Walking distance to pike place and all the nice restaurants and bars in the area.
I certainly appreciate the assistance from the team managing the building, James and Nicole were super helpful with the move in process.
I had a problem with the AC, I contacted Concierge to guide me on how to put in a maintenance request. Problem solved in 24hrs and was taken care of while I was at work. I really appreciated their care and follow up.
Gym is great and I always enjoy it.

My family moved from Eastern Washington at the beginning of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic and the staff have been excellent. The building is always clean and apartments maintained by Robert and Gordon who keep everything in working order. When Sequoia was a concierge she was always welcoming. I Love this place

I’ve been living in Viktoria for several months. It’s one of the best places to live in Seattle. The location is amazing with several restaurants in walking distance, theaters and parks. The view from the roof is amazing. On a clear day, you could see Mount Rainier, Olympic range, Puget sound.
The building is fairly new and maintenance staff are passionate about solving any problems. Robert has helped me out in several occasions and is prompt in fixing the appliances.

The Viktoria listens! I love that my concerns are constantly addressed and that our policies are always being updated. The Maintenance Crew really feels more like family. Robert, in particular has always gone above and beyond to fulfill all of our requests. He loves his job! You can tell by the way he shows up every day, not just for work but for us, the tenants. We appreciate the Viktoria so much and hope it continues to grow in the right direction!

I have just moved in and have to say that my experience with this leasing office has been one of the worst. I get COVID precautions and everything but the customer service here is just horrendous. I did a tour with Michael at first and the apartment itself was very nice for the most part. They have very outdated closets and one of the shelves in my closet fell down after hanging my clothes on it. The maintenance guy said they can only hold 30lbs. Sorry but suits and jackets and pants all way more than 30lbs. Anyways, leading up to my move in I kept working with Michael who said he would make

I have only had good experiences while living at Viktoria Apartments! l lived there for a year and ran into zero problems. It's located blocks away from Pike Place Market and a very quick walk to the light rail so I could get to work. The leasing agents and Carlos, the building manager, have all been very kind and easy to work with as well. For the location, amenities, quality of staff, and quality of apartment, these apartments are a great price. I would highly recommend you consider living here!

Honestly, don't understand these mixed bad reviews. Viktoria is priced great for the location and the building is so much cleaner than other comparable high rises in the nearby area.

James our leasing agent was wonderful and down to earth. The concierge/front desk is super friendly.

It's insane to me how someone can leave a bad review because of their own apartment choice, or over small discrepancies that really have absolutely nothing to do with the building, and then not being happy about this place... that's why you choose what you like!

I rarely leave reviews good or bad, but Viktoria Apartments and management (Greystar) has left a horrible taste in my mouth. I moved in 3.5 years ago and all was well. I really enjoyed our apartment, the building, the amenities, and the concierge staff. Rent was fairly reasonable and we always paid it on time. Fast forward to our move-out date and things went downhill from there. Judging by the other negative reviews, that seems to be a nagging issue for this property and management. Firstly, I worked with management to extend our lease an extra 22 days to accommodate my upcoming wedding/honeymoon

From the outside , the Viktoria apartment building is very nice and the apartment itself is great with a large bedroom, bathroom and living area. But it stops there. The only view is of your neighbors' windows and the rooftop bar across the courtyard which plays loud music until late at the night. The building itself is ill-designed as a hollow square surrounding a busy courtyard that is open to foot traffic as well as city vehicles, rubbish trucks, delivery trucks, maintenance trucks, etc. Both the living room and bedroom windows overlook this exceptionally noisy courtyard where vehicles

Update: I changed the rating because the entirety of the staff has hanged. Kevin and James are utterly delightful, friendly, kind and helpful. I am so lucky to see them everyday. Gabe is the best maintenance technician. He's super friendly and WONDERFUL at his job. These three individuals alone are the reason I've stayed at the Viktoria. Kevin, James and Gabe....Thank you for everything that you three do for me and the other tenants!!!!

The worst. Don't live here. Really bad experience. Too many management changes and not transparent. Please find another place to spend your rent money each month.

This is the most horrible place I ever met. The leasing office manager, Daniel, is super unprofessional. Each time I scheduled something to talk with him, when i went to the office and he was not there. He never cared about appointment with you. Every time he just asked you to meet his schedule, however he never showed up. He never replied to any email either. When I decided to move out from this stupid place he did not send me email about the renewal lease, then he charged me 500 usd more because i am late to notify him my leave.

We have lives here for three years and love it. The location is perfect, two blocks to the market and two blocks from Nordstrom and the best shopping. The team here takes such good care of us. My favorite part is having the full time concierge team to welcome us home and we can always get our packages. The fitness room has everything and is huge. But the view... it is amazing.

I've stayed in the guest suite several times, and just loved it. It's comfortable, well-stocked, much bigger than a hotel room, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive or corporately phony.

The building is ideally located, walking distance from everything Seattle has to offer, including the best Metro station, and the roof lounge is both spectacular and pleasant to hang out in. This building is a 10 out of 10.

I've lived at Viktoria for 7 months now, so far things have been generally great and getting better.

Reasons why Viktoria has been pretty great for me:
- Close to Amazon HQ, a 15 minute walk to Day 1
- Close to lots of food options, including stuff at Pike Place Market
- Close to Target, although they're a bit lacking in the groceries department
- Close to public transport, tons of bus lines as well as the Link Light Rail that goes to UW (more food) and the airport
- Modern interior, easy to clean hardwood floors and giant windows
- Rich appliance set: in unit W/D, AC, dishwasher, oven

We've been living at The Viktoria for 9 months and having a great experience. There were several management changes right as we were moving in, which were a little disconcerting. Things seem to have stabilized now and the new management team , led by Sid, are doing a great job! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are putting on events for residents all the time, which are fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. Yesterday they sponsored a Super Bowl party that filled two of the rooftop venues. Sid and team provided burgers and other great eats and the residents all pitched in

Hi, guys! I wanna tell you about this apartments a little bit more, than other people. I hope that it will be useful for you and you will make a decision to move in here.
This building located in the heart of Seattle. And this is totally true! I'm always like to wake up in the morning and in 1-2 minutes drink my favorite coffee in the First Starbucks, then go to the French Bakery for some macaroons and buy a local fruits, veges, seafood and raw milk from Farmers. This is 2 blocks from Viktoria!
If you will come in our lobby you always found our concierges very friendly, smiling and happy

This place is beautiful but insane. Won't return well deserved rental deposits. Try to charge excessively for services not provided, and there is no recourse! Avoid at all costs - at least the cost of your deposit!!

I lived in the Viktoria for 15 months on the 24th floor overlooking the sound and ferris wheel. The view from the rooftop was spectacular and there was a premium for it, the unit was expensive, which is fine. The concierge was super friendly and welcoming. Initially the office staff was cool too, until the new management company Greystar came in.

The management team is absolutely the worst. They are never on site, they don't respond to phone calls and don't show up to SCHEDULED appointments either.!
I really wanted to live here but they just made it impossible for me to even check out the place. I guess based on the reviews it was a blessing in disguise.

I am a former renter at this apartment, and completely recommend against them. The apartments are beautiful, but I would describe the management as unprofessional, rather thugs! Here's my gripe:

At the end of my one year lease, I set up an appointment with the management office for an exit inspection, so that appropriate reparation work could be documented. The officer documented need for deep cleaning and wall repair, but did not share any dollar amount. I moved in here when the building first opened back in February and it's been pretty much perfect.

Relocating here from Phoenix in January I spent a lot of time touring other buildings in the area and found the Viktoria was not only closer to my work, but also far nicer appointed (it was brand new too) and cost less than the majority of its competition... And was pet friendly too!
