I lived here for almost 2 years and had a great experience. The location is great - it's close to all the action but always managed to still feel tucked away and homey. Even though it's right on 2nd, noise was never an issue for me. Neighbors were always quiet and everyone kept to themselves.

The best part of living here was the front office staff. They were always responsive, helpful, and friendly. I pretty much had zero issues when I lived here, but any questions I had were always handled quickly. Thanks Karina, Sheila, and Mary!

I ended up moving out a few months after the pandemic

The staff is very friendly and the apartment is managed well. Good amenities, beautiful roof top, the maintenance tickets get done well and quickly.
However it gets very loud during some weekend nights because of people partying on the streets, and and it woke me up more than once. There are a lot of mental homeless people doing drugs outside and the police doesn't do much about it. Also my apartment is facing Bell st (South) so it can get very hot during the summer and there's no AC.

During my search for a new home, I found myself deciding between 206 Bell and another place. I loved the building, the unit I viewed, the location, and the amenities.
I have to really express how amazing the management team is at this place. Sheila and Mary are two of the most awesome, friendly, patient, and kind managers I’ve worked with in a very long time. They are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of their residents and potential residents.
I ultimately went with a different place because I personally needed just a little more space, but this is a beautiful

Really terrific apartment community, location, and amazing leasing staff. My only issue is the amount drug use and selling that goes on in the open right outside. I do not blame the building for this, but it has become a significant nuisance. That aside, Belltown is a great, energetic neighborhood with a great nightlife

We have lived there for two months so far and our experience has been nothing but positive! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Shiela (the manager) is awesome - she has been so accommodating every day starting with explaining the rules and showing us around to even bringing our Amazon packages to our apartment door! If I am ever coming back to Seattle I will definitely consider leasing here again!

I will be renewing my lease for the second time. The building is ideally located. The current staff is awesome! The leasing agents go above & beyond, staying late, having building parties & dinners for special occasions. The maintenance man, Thomas has come in on his time to get his job done & approaches his work proactively - so much respect for this guy! (And) last but not least, the housekeeping team. The resident housekeeper, Abiba is such a sweet lady, my dog gets excited as soon as he sees her! She always arrives early & greets everyone. We miss her when she’s out! Nonetheless, her days

I strongly urge anyone that cares about their personal safety to NOT live here. There are homeless and drug addicts that live right outside of the only entrance to the building, forcing you to walk by them every day and night. I have been threatened and whistled at pretty much everyday. If you care at all about safety please do not live here. It was the worst decision I made when moving to Seattle.

I have not posted a review of an apartment building before, but after one visit to the leasing office, I decided today would be my first!
I am new to Seattle and had been having trouble with my apartment search. On a whim, I decided to make an appointment to see 206 Bell. The units seemed nice, and while I am not sure if it will become my next home, sometimes visits can help a person discover what they are looking for.
The leasing staff, however, set this place above and beyond. I did not get the name of the person who helped me, only that she was from Hawaii, but the level of kindness and attention

I have a top-floor studio here and it's amazing. The most important thing for me in an apartment is noise insulation and this place is awesome. I hardly hear anyone else. I hear people in the hallway sometimes but I've never heard my neighbors in the units right next to me (and I'm between two units).

That doesn't mean it's hard to meet people: there are constantly people coming in and out of the building and they've all been pleasant.

The leasing staff is also another great feature. I've really only worked with Karina (although they recently added a new-hire

We have lived at 206 Bell for the past 6 months. We originally assumed a lease for 2 months, but because of the enjoyable experience of living there, we extended until we bought a house.
The building and apartments are clean, modern, very quiet and absolutely comfortable.
The Thursday happy hour is always a great time to meet other tenants. Many of these have become good friends.
But the best aspect is the staff. Always helpful, friendly and flexible with our requests. We had very few repairs, but those we had were handled quickly and professionally. Karina and Natasha were super responsive

Really clean, modern, and nice studio apartment. Perfect walking distance to anything. Staff are kind and actually help you on the spot instead of making you do paperwork and processes (none of the "we'll get back to you" nonsense).

No problems with Online automatic payments either.

Great living experience as a young professional.

UPDATE: there is a really sketchy bus stop right next door.

First off; I created an account specifically to review this property because of how amazing our 2 years spent here were.

You are in the heart of Belltown and if you are looking for city living and all of it's ups and downs, you couldn't ask for a better place. Bars, great food and even a local grocery store are all within blocks from your doorstep and Downtown Seattle is a 15 min walk as well. The neighborhood can get a little sketchy as the bus stop and dog park can bring undesirables late at night but with secure access, uber eats and Amazon along with lot's of busy bars you

I moved to Seattle last year with nowhere to go. After searching for an hour or two, a representative from a sister property to this place said there were vacancies at 206 Bell. Taylor allowed us to rush over and check out the apartment in my price range. After one cursory look over the apartment, and a very professional and candid overview of the property by Taylor, I signed the lease.

206 Bell's apartments are nice. Good finishes, excellent sound insulation, great walk score. Amazing roof. But what makes 206 Bell truly special are the people that work there. Taylor, Karina, James and Natasha

When I decided to move to Seattle, I only looked at one place because these guys had me at hello! It had everything I wanted to be close to everything because I love being in the city, it's modern and updated, there's parking and restaurants galore!

Natasha is awesome! Customer service is really important to me. She was so helpful and patient with me. She definitely went above and beyond. I had so many questions before moving in and she took the time to answer everything and help make this place my home!

Only negative is that the dog park across the street attracts a lot of the homeless

I lived here for a little more than a year and a half in a top floor studio. The best part of living here was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. (Except for that clown, Aaron, but luckily he left a while back)

Pros:
Great view from my balcony
Close proximity to a lot of great bars and restaurants, as well as bus stops on 3rd
Clean and modern building
Sound isolation is fantastic (never heard any noise from my neighbors and never had any complaints about my own music)
Appliances are all modern and work very well

Cons:
Apartment gets pretty cold in the winter despite the in unit heater

I am giving a 5 star rating to building and staff, because the area still could use some improvement in terms of amount of night time hassle outside by random agitated neighborhood characters who sometimes take their arguments late into the night.

The building, however, is in great shape, and staff - the manager (Tyler) and maintenance (James) are awesome. I do agree with some reviews that heat can be an issue if your apartment gets a lot of sun, but with some portable air conditioning it could most likely be mitigated.

Also I don't usually hear any parties that were mentioned so that means

My wife and I lived in Belltown a few years ago after moving here from the midwest, but eventually moved North, when we bought a house. We ultimately decided that we were not suburbanites and that Belltown was where we belonged. Having already had a wonderful experience at our previous apartment building (which is only a block away from here), there were very few things on our "needs" & "wants" list that were not met there. However, 206 Bell had EVERYTHING on our lists! So, they beat out the former building (which we still have much love for). What were those things

I am home!!! Just moved to Seattle a few months ago and knew I wanted to be in Belltown in the heart of everything. But, as a single girl - safety first.

Here was my wish list:

I needed a place with a secure entry.

Customer service had to be amazing. That means nice people and great maintenance.

As a borderline OCD neat freak, no carpet and everything had to be neat and clean.

For the location, I wanted to really soak up what this amazing city has to offer.

Oh, and a parking spot.

This is like finding a unicorn right? I looked at a few places but once I looked at Belltown it just

I first moved into 206 Bell in April 2016 and I was traveling across the country to get here. I had never even toured the apartment or been to Belltown before moving to Seattle. Now that I have been here a few months I can say this was the best decision! The staff is amazing! Taylor, Aaron(even though he moved), and James are all awesome! They are so genuine and take everything you have to say into consideration. When I was still in Florida Taylor answered any of my annoying phone calls and made me feel at ease. Once I arrived, I felt welcomed right away. I was transitioning from my own home the

I've read the other reviews of this community and wanted to throw in my two cents for anyone looking to lease in Belltown.

First of all, yes, the building is located on Earth and currently the Earth is orbiting the sun. I spoke with Shawn and Aaron in the front office and they assured me they were working on a plan to block out and/or destroy the sun, however, this may not take place until late 2017. But then again, many buildings in Seattle and throughout Washington don't have air conditioners and you may have to go outside sometimes for a bit of fresh air.

Also, it turns out that

I am a current resident and would not recommend 206 Bell.

When I looked to lease, the building was new and the two bedroom unit that I liked needed a door installed. I was told that the door would be installed on 11/7, upon moving in and waiting, I sent emails to the 206 Bell and could not get a response, upon asking in person I was told that I would get a reply email; repeat this pattern for over a month. Finally, I was finally quoted a time frame of up to 3 months, with this of course being unacceptable, I asked the Property Manager (Amanda) to include her manager (Melissa - Regional Manager
