Called the office several times in over two weeks to leave a message requesting information, but no results, arrived to talk to the manager to request information, no one even showed up even after waiting an hour.
Just shows how the management works here, or rather doesn't, not moving here because of the lack of professionalism.

I’ve been calling the office for a week several times a day and no one has answered, responded to any voicemails, or emails. This is beyond poor customer service and your business! How are you operating a business that have employees who don’t want to interact with the public. I was looking to locate here, but this has changed my perspective. If I can’t get help now I can only imagine once I became a resident.

I have lived here going on 3 years. When I first moved in Tina was the manager and she was good but I think when the pandemic hit things got a little crazy....Things became crazy for everyone. However, I can honestly say that since Josh has been the manager I have seen a BIG change! I can tell that he truly cares. If I have a problem Josh will hear me out and try to find a solution. I don’t have to wait long for work request anymore! Before he came it would take months to get something fixed, now it’s done within days! Never had any issues with the complex that didn’t get handled in a timely manner. I was only there for a year term and only had one issue my entire time there. They quickly addressed the issue and the office staff and maintenance crew was always nice to me when ever I had to call or visit the office, which wasn’t that often. I’m considering going back…

I love these townhomes itself! Very affordable and modern looking. Only thing is they paint over the stair rails, cabinets and outlets after each tenant and it’s very obvious and gross looking.
I absolutely love the assistant manager, Tina. She is very respectful and communicates well. However, the property manager, Amanda is the absolute worst human being I have ever came across in the leasing industry. I’m currently 6 months pregnant.
We’ve been working with Tina for the past couple of months she’s a real honest respectable person!
However working with “The manager” Amanda was very difficult. She gave a disturbing demeanor with a discouraging attitude towards any questions we had. The day of signing our lease results in to an argument over a toilet leak that should have been fixed prior to a viewing.
I advise new applicants to try to work with Tina directly.
