These people make money off application fees. They don’t tell you they go based off of credit NO MATTER WHAT. I make enough to afford but they didn’t tell me they go based off of credit I asked them why I didn’t get approved they told me “did you not read the papers?” In a very rude manner plus they don’t let you have a co-signer, which is how they get more people to apply but NOT get an apartment!!

Angelina Nieves, the leasing assistant at the front office is very professional. My daughter hasn't signed her lease yet, but so far we have had a very pleasant experience.

I lived here for over 7 years and I will Not be renewing my lease. I am done with Erica the property manager and miguel the maintenance supervisor. They do not follow through on their promises. I'm so disappointed in them, I will not go into details but Warning!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE.. BE WARE! Bunch of LIARS

My experience with the leasing staff was amazing!!! I moved in a few months ago and I love this place, it's near stores, parks, and it has a pool! I definitely recommend this place

I can't say enough positive things about Tuscany at Wilson Creek. The staff, the maintenance are outstanding. They are very, very accommodating and super nice. I especially appreciate Erica for all she has done for me during financial crisis.

This is the worse place for keeping up maintenace. They cant seem to keep up with the work orders or even pest control. Then now they have come up with this new parking regulations and clearly they had my… vehicle towed with a parking pass on the vehicle windshield. There management lies and they are clueless to there own rules laws and provisions. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that has standards.
