Going through a horrible situation at my current address that is affecting the safety of my childern and I. The Leasing Manager and her other staff kept giving different reasons on why they couldnt approve me then foward me to another staff member just to get told a different reason on why i was not approved. My name is on another lease which is a reason they denied me but there is no law stating we are unable to have multiple leases under one person. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, was told it would take 3 to 4 days to process the application but was called less than 24 hours that it was denied even

I just moved in about a month ago now. Beatrice the assistant manger was great! She was extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Being that this is my first apartment, I had lots of questions and she answered any and all of the questions I had and made the whole moving in process really simple! The apartment looked great upon move in and everything has been smooth sailing since. Would definitely recommend checking these apartments out!

My wife and I are moving from CA to TX in a very small time frame. 1701 AT Eldorado was our top choice because of location. Jennifer helped us the entire way! We had a million questions and she answered each one with such kindness and compassion. Not to mention the place is beautiful. We are so excited to be residents here!!!

Jennifer helped my roommates and I all throughout the application and move in process, answering any and all questions we had and providing us with helpful info. The apartment was very clean upon move in, and the only thing not working was the dryer. We put in a work order and someone was sent out and fixed it within just a few hours. Excellent service!

Well, I've been here for 3 years and i have never had a problem with any staff. Let me start off by saying JENNIFER IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Everything I need she is always there to help and show concerns. Now, lets get to the maintenance crew, Dan and Rob. They have been the absolute BEST!!! Anytime i need some work done, they do ]it and always polite. They are the crew to have on this WORK SHIP!!!

I had an amazing experience shopping for an apartment with Elizabeth she was so patient with me because it was my first time shopping for an apartment for myself. And she could answer all the questions I had. And she was very sweet and the tour was the most beautiful apartment I've ever seen no cracks in the walls I didn't see any roaches the bathroom is beautiful and the garden tub is amazing.And they provided a washer and dryer so I wouldn't have to buy one. I love you 1701 at Eldorado
