Easily one of the best touring / application processes I’ve ever experience. I’ve toured many apartments in the past and I was nothing short of amazed by Michael Sawyers, Lifestyle Consultant. He was extremely intentional, attentive, and professional. He walked me through the apartments, the amenities and gave me every detail I needed. Not only was he patient and very knowledgeable, Michael made the experience that much better!

Wow! I've lived here for about 3 weeks. The apartment is great obviously, but what really makes Brady superior is the staff. I'm an executive and this place is masterfully managed from the top down. From my initial interactions with Marcus, Kylie and Jeremiah, I have been nothing but impressed. Every one of the concierge staff (Jonathan Colleen, Kara, et. al) are awesome at their jobs and really inviting. They should all be considered for a raise after the experience I have had. 5/5 stars. Won't be leaving anytime soon.

I just wanted to inform everyone that last Sunday I noticed my bike was not inside the secured-access bike room where I left it. When I went inside the bike room to check on it, I confirmed my bike was gone and saw the remains of 3 additional bike locks that had been cut or sawed off. I immediately reported this incident to management, and I was told that they would review cameras. I tried to post something in the Active Building Resident Portal to warn the other residents whose bikes were taken, but my post was declined. If you have a bike in the bike room, GO

This property is phenomenal. So clean so upscale and so well kept. Specifically though I want to shout out Michael, a leasing professional, for how responsive, polite, understanding, and dedicated he is to his profession. He held our hand through the entire process and stayed loyal to us by updating us throughout the entire leasing process. HIGHLY recommend Michael for all your leasing needs. He deserves 10 stars.

Stopped in unannounced to tour this apartment while on my way to tour a different building. Was met with the highest class service by Michael as soon as I walked in. From the moment you enter the building, the property just stands above what other communities have to offer. Incredible attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall service is hands down the best I've seen in the area.

I've been in quite a sad state (as we've all been in before) and have been looking fairly rough haha not cute outfits, cute athletic outfits, business attire, etc. which I can safely say I believe we've all been there.
What I would love to see from my new home staff? "Hey! I hope you have a great day!" "Nice to see you!" "Good morning!" "Good evening!" Maybe even just a smile?!

This building has a lot of issues. I've been here about 18 months..there are 3 elevators in the building. For roughly 14 months maybe there has been at least 1 elevator down and at times there have been 2 down. It makes it nearly impossible to move around the building in a timely manner. When covid first hit, the management at the building claimed they couldn't get anyone out to fix the elevator, I was told by other residents it was a financial issue and they had chosen not to fix it. I have been a part time pet sitter at the Brady for 3 years and have loved it!!! Their staff is kind and highly dedicated. I have known Colleen (concierge) the longest and she is a joy to be around. From move in day to minor requests along the way, the Brady team has provided personalized and timely service. Our leasing agent, McKenzie, was wonderful to work with...professional, courteous and she even gave us some great dining and entertainment suggestions to hit while we were in town picking our new home. I have lived at the Brady the past 4 years . Colleen the head concierge always has a smile on her face and very friendly She and her staff are always on point and accommodating to your needs. The manager at the Brady is pro-active in keeping the building up to date and safe for all the residents. The Brady has put together the perfect team with the leasing agents, maintenance , concierges and cleaning crew. The Brady is one of the safest apartment buildings in Uptown. A private security company patrols the Brady every day of the week. You will not find a better location and amenities next to

We toured The Brady on October 25, looking for a 1-bedroom apartment. This building has the best location by being right on (and having provate access to) Katy Trail! We were amazed at not only how clean, organized and varied the building facilities were (they even have a washing room for dogs, offer an on-call dog groomer for groups of residents, and even a vending machine for dogs- which is one of the coolest things), but also at our Leasing Agent McKenzie’s excellence and professionalism! I toured with McKenzie and she was great! She was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, and was super sweet/personable during our tour. This is in past due to the concierge and how wonderful they are. They take the time to get to know each resident and are so warm and welcoming. Been living at Brady for almost 2 months and it's been the best apartment experience my boyfriend and I have ever had. Wanted to wait a while to see if issues came up over a couple months prior to writing a review but no complaints so far. When we started looking for apartments we could already tell this was going to be a great new home during the leasing process. Fariba helped us find our perfect space and she didn't push us to sign a lease like other leasing agents had. The staff here is stellar, everyone from the leasing managers, to the concierge, to the maintenance crew. I'm new to the area and everyone has been beyond amazing in helping me get situated in addition to helping me find my way around and offering great suggestions for anything I need. Anytime I've asked for assistance someone in the office has a helpful answer. In addition to the staff, the community itself is very well kept and very clean. Lastly I have to give specific kudos, Matthew who is in leasing was my go to and he's fantastic and I absolutely love Colleen who is the best

- Location: being next to the Katy trail and in the heart of the city was awesome.
- Pet friendly: this place is pet city! from the dog park, dog washing room, dog treats and the sweet staff up front always welcoming them, this place is ideal for any pet owner that lives in uptown.
- apartments: the towers were great. A year later and I still miss the gorgeous view we had! We loved our apartment very much and the only real issue we would complain about would be the water pressure/water temperature. Not terrible for being that

Had a bad experience living here only because the leasing office staff is so unhelpful and rude and although it is advertised as a luxury apt it was not the best place to live.
My lease was signed on May 19, 2016 and almost a year later May 16 I get a rude email from Susan asking why we had not turned in our keys. I apologized and explained our lease was through May 19 but we were moved out already so I could turn in the keys now if she wanted. She would not take my calls only email and said our lease was up on the 15th and sent a bill for $75 dollars for being late when I could have easily given
