This place has just amazed me. Staff is very on point with property details and giving me the peace of mind well needed after the pandemic.
Property Maintenance gets an A+ for upkeep. Most of all, they make feel appreciated as s tenant which is very hard to come by this day in time.

I had an excellent living experience at this apartment complex for 4 years. Johnny and Karen are very efficient and always made sure that business was taken care of in a timely manner. Also, Robert was always quick to come and take care of my maintenance orders and did really nice work. This complex is central to the main part of Dallas and the units are spacious. I only moved out due to a permanent move out of the city. Highly recommend!

I am coming up on one year as a resident and I love it here. The staff (office & maintenance) are attentive and communicative, and do their best to rectify any issues immediately. They also go out of their way to make this feel like a community as opposed to just an apartment complex. Thank you to Johnny and Karen for all that you do & for always being happy to see me when I stop by the office to bother you!

The location is wonderful. Very close to downtown. Near to all the fun and exciting places you want to go. The landscaping (palm trees, flowers) looked great before… the big freeze in February. I’m afraid many of the large palm trees are now dead. It is now June and they haven’t come back, so they need to be removed. Johnny and Karen E. are attentive. The maintenance guys are good - I only had one problem in two years and they were quick and efficient. The unit itself was nice. I liked the floor plan.

Shoutout to the most amazing maintenance team: Roberto, Victor, and German are incredible! During this freak storm and power outage they have worked literally around the clock to make sure we have water and are safe and dry. I can't speak highly enough of them.
My roommate and I have lived here for going on two years and we have consistently been impressed by the warmth, community, and the comfortability of this complex.

Came from out of town to look for an apartment ASAP and wow I'm so glad I came to Vue Live Oak. Was accommodated by Eric who was so patient and professional out of the many people I spoke with that day. He even stayed late to finish my application and I'm so happy to call this place my new home! Thanks Eric! Your awesome. Can't wait to be apart of the community.

The staff really does go above and beyond to help their guests. Johnny + Dani have always been very responsive and helpful with a number of requests I've had. It's also very clean, great finish outs in the apartments themselves and the maintenance team is super friendly! Yes, it's a semi-sketchy area but I feel safe within the gates of my complex. Also, you can text for an almost immediate response about any issue you might have!

Had a great year living at Vue Live Oak. The management staff especially Johnny are all very helpful from move in to move out. They are very prompt with maintenance requests and the rooms are very spacious! Big mail packages are also kept at the office and I've never had a problem with receiving packages.

The Vue is a great place to live. They have a brand new and convenient gym with clean machines. The office has friendliest staff, i go up chat and pick up some coffee sometimes and they are all so nice. They also have nice Mac computers for all residents to use. The maintenance is super nice and quick to help out whatever you need in the apt. Of and there's 24 hour security.

Probably the worst place you could live. In 3 months my cars been broken into and has been hit (two different times) and the body damage was extensive. Both times I called the "courtesy officer" the first time he never called back and the second time he called to to tell me to call the police. And to top it off I left voicemails to try to et help… from the office with the cameras (have left several voicemails) and it's been half a month and I've never received a call. Beware this complex is not safe & to make it worse the administration doesn't do anything to help.

If I could give 0 stars that's what I would do. By far the worst place you could ever live! In the 3 month I've lived here I've had my car broken into (which they never called to see how I was doing or even bother helping with the police report) and 2weeks later was hit. Someone tore my complete bumper off and of course like he other incident the cameras weren't able to catch anything. Those cameras are a joke, they don't catch anything. They also say there is a courtesy officer is also pointless you call him and leave him a message and he gets back to you, he did call
