Have lived here almost 9 months and have really enjoyed it, everyone that works here is super nice and helpful, there’s always someone cleaning the building, the free coffee & snacks in the lobby are a nice touch, & the lobby bar has drinks on the weekend. I never hear my neighbors, plenty of elevators & parking… no downsides that I can think of

Moved here for Nursing School and everything is great about it. The locations is perfect to my school and the hospital. Management is very professional and responds in a timely manner. Work Orders get done promptly and accurate. I love all the amenities they have to offer and overall definitely resigning my lease when it’s up!

I’ve lived in the The Case for about 1.5 years and it’s a very nice building with a lot of amenities. The area is convenient because there’s a lot of restaurants and bars.
The only complaint I have is that cars are very frequently vandalized and stolen from the garage. The building does have cameras in the garage but there’s only 2 views per floor so, 80% of the garage isn’t monitored. The building says there’s someone that monitors the garage, but I’ve personally never seen anyone patrolling the garage. The building says “ they’re doing the best they can” for security but

I've lived here since March of 2020 and resigned my lease a few months ago for another 15 months! The staff is very hands on, maintenance helps out within the day of filing a report, the dog park is perfect for my little guy & the amenities are really nice. Living in deep ellum can some times feel dangerous but with the onsite police officer and security measures the building has I always feel safe in my home.

Lived in The Case over 2 years. Architect really knew what he was doing as I looked at a lot of complexes but the Case’s design is ideal for active residents. It is proximate to the Santa Fe trail for cycling, has a private bar open to residents and their guests, a gym and aerobics/spin room, an awesome front desk and security…dog wash, bike room, occasional resident events…the list go on and on. Can’t recommend The Case high enough!

I moved to the Case Building a little over 3 months ago and I can’t say enough great things about this place. It has become my home and i just wish I had moved here a year ago when I moved to Dallas. The amenities are phenomenal (especially for someone who works from home), the location unbeatable, secure and safe all around and service is top-notch. If you’re looking for a place in Deep Ellum,,,this is the place to be.

I just moved into the Case building a couple days ago from South Florida and I have to give a big THANK YOUUUU to Naomi! From the very beginning she has been nothing but amazing! A lot of my packages came early and she was very nice about it and stored it in my apartment. She is so sweet and made this experience moving from another state easy. The area is great, very quiet in the hallways and love that no one can get in the elevator unless you live here or the front desk/concierge downstairs let’s you in. I feel very safe here!

My fiance and I moved from Georgia without an apartment or really knowing the Dallas area. We stumbled upon The Case Building & knew we didn't need to look any further. Naomi Strong was our leasing agent & was absolutely incredible! She was so passionate about the property & the area which really sealed the deal for us. This is, by far the most gorgeous building I've ever lived in, nothing even compares. Since it's so new, we've been fortunate not to run into any issues with appliances, furnishing, or anything else that needed repair. The amenities are incredible and it's a perfect distance away from the Deep Ellum noise/activity -- just enough to ensure that you don't have bar/club goers at your front door, but it's only a 5-10 min walk if you want to be in the thick of it.

I've been at the Case for a few months now and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to move into a more lively area. The community itself is surprisingly quiet and very well maintained. The hallways are clean, maintenance is speedy with fixes, and I rarely, if ever hear anything from my neighbors when I am in my apartment.

Moved into the case about a year ago, overall experience has been good with on-site staff. Staff does seem attentive when emailed about any questions or concerns. Building quality for an apartment is excellent, does give a "Wow" factor when touring. The amenities before Covid-19 were great but now we have a NO guest policy at the pool and you can't use the gym before 9am.
I understand the safety aspect of keeping residents safe but the constant emails about what we can and can't do is a bit much. We should be able to police ourself for our safety. The location used to be amazing

The "on site police officer" came to my room TWICE. When I had NO guests or music playing. After asking him why he was harassing my apartment he, informed me that I was a "maggot" and he had every right to harass me, and arrest me. After asking multiple times, he refused to give me his full name or badge number and told me to "get lost". I really expected more from a plaice that's 2k/month...

14 month lease at this place. I don't have 1 complaint. The staff was always super friendly, Knowledgeable and accommodating. I am the lightest sleeper in the world, and lived on the 5th floor. I never heard my neighbors. The building was ALWAYS clean. The garage was perfect...there's always plenty to do, and walking distance to everything. The only reason I left was because I bought a house but I'd go back in a second.

Katrina was the best leasing agent ever and she helped accommodate all of our needs, from the color of the finishes in the apartment to our move-in date. These people treat you like you are VIP. I finally decided to leave suburbia and was on a quest to find something unique in the city; and I swear, I looked at all but 5 high rises in the metro-plex (ehem, within the price I was willing to pay) and didn't find too many that made me say WOW. Don't get me wrong, I love amenities, but that is an added bonus to any apartment and I need the actual living space to look like something.
After being underwhelmed with all the white walls and boxes I found in other places, I was VERY happy to be introduced to The Case Building---I didn't even know they were over there in Deep Ellum

Living here these past 3months has been great. Staff here are very nice, the coffee machine in the lobby that is free for all residents is my best friend. And on the weekends the bar here is where everyone watches the games and lets loose. My gym is the one of my favorites 2floors of anything and everything you need to get in shape, at any hour of the day or night. Can't wait for summer this pool is gonna be fun with cook outs and music, looking at the view of the Dallas Skyline while here at the Case Building. Home Sweet Home!

I recently, toured this property back in April 2018 and now I can say I made the right decision. The Case Building is a very nice upscale high rise in Deep Ellum. Cindy was my leasing agent and I can truly say, I had the best experience with her. Cindy showed me so many units until I had a very hard time making my mind up. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to assistance you. I highly, recommend the Case Building if you are looking for a new luxury apartment.

This apartment building is within about 1/2 mile of every venue in Deep Ellum. That means that all the bars, all the concert venues, all the parking lots, and the sidewalks will be filled with people and music (usually only friday and saturday nights but sometimes thursday).
This apartment building is also a 5 minute walk to the Baylor campus, and the same to a train station.
Is it expensive? Yes, but you get what you pay for:
1 - a parking garage so you're not trying to find a spot on the street

I fell in love with The Case's amenities on my tour. All of the common areas exceed those of other Dallas apartments. The pool, gym, office space, bar, and hallways were amazing! I toured the B1, the cheapest 2 bedroom floor plan. The unit was such a let down after seeing all of the amenities. The unit was incredibly dark due to poor design. The balcony walls blocked more than 50% of the sunlight that the unit desperately needed! It felt so depressing and unfortunately, each B1 apartment was built the same exact way. My husband and I are so happy at The Case! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. The location is walking distance to all of the best spots in Deep Ellum so there's always a good place to get happy hour or brunch! The staff has been accommodating and helpful; we are always greeted with smiles. So glad to be here.
