Tried touring this property twice. First time without an appointment they denied me and requested that I should make an appointment. Second time around, I showed up for my appointment and not only was the front door locked during business hours, but the front desk attendant didn’t even bother showing up for work that day! I tried calling & even emailed the leasing staff and still have not heard back to this day lol( it’s been over a week). If this is how management/leasing agents treat prospects, I can only imagine what they do after they take your money. I’m not even mad, just disappointed

Do not lease with this community!!!! The worst management team in Dallas. I was discriminated once I applied to the apartments I was approved and had to submit proof of income I did that, only to the property manager named Tony to call me and say that I have committed fraud and provided misinformation when I did not. Then a lot of other unprofessionalism was demonstrated while he continues to disrespect and say I’m not being honest of my place of residence. It was just so much I have to take this to corporate so they can handle the rest. Then he says I will not receive any of my deposit that

Great place to live. We moved to the apartment complex in January and our experience has been incredible so far. All staff is great, but in particular the maintenance team. Salvador and his crew are always willing to help. They are extraordinary professionals and super friendly. Even with the snowstorm, they were helping us in the middle of the night. They made our moving process much easier. If you are looking for a good location, great amenities and helpful management, Miro is your place!!

This building is very poorly managed and the management team here is incredibly unprofessional. I lived here for 16 months. Throughout the duration of my lease I had to constantly monitor my monthly bills to check for auto generated fees that were falsely added and follow up with management every month several times to get them removed. It usually took 2-3 follow ups each month to get them removed as management tends to ignore emails and it's tough to catch them on the phone. This went on for several months and was never corrected. After move out, I was billed $300 for carpet replacement despite

Miro offers unbelievable views of Uptown Dallas and super amenities! The building location is very convenient to the American Airlines center, which is great for a quick walk to a game or concert. The homes feature the most sought after features in the market. The staff is very professional and the Community Manager, Jimmy, is dedicated, hard working and cares about his residents and team!

What was once a upscale apartment property has now turned into a seriously sketchy place thanks to Miro management renting through Airbnb and Stay Alfred to low end guests. They treat the property like trash, do t mix well with the tenets, are incredibly noisy and are bringing down this uptown apartment.
Management needs to fix this. They are losing renewals and turning those empty spaces into short term rentals. It's a sad state of affairs and lazy management.

I visit some friends and I work for property Managment. I have to said the cleanest of this property impressed me, they even have someone cleaning the bathroom every two hours (no normal in this business).The pool is very popular however it wasn't guetto. The elevator works! Lol the apartment was very nice and they have a good size dog park. My friends love this place and I can see why!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My dad unexpectedly passed away and he was the guarantor on my lease. I was out of town arranging my father's funeral when I realized that rent was due. I called and asked the office if I could pay rent a day late, as I was out of town and dealing with a life-changing event. They were very rude and said no, so I had to pay the $100+ fee for paying rent a DAY LATE. I later realized that I would need to go back home to take care of family, and wanted to end my lease. After all, my father was the guarantor on the lease and I could not afford it without

The apartment is a perfect location for Klyde Warren Park, Del Friscos, Water Grill, Starbucks. I never have a problem with parking. Elevator wait is not long. Jesus Espinoza, the assistant manager, was super helpful with my apartment needs. If there was ever a maintenance issue, it got resolved right away. Definitely recommended.

I am a resident at the Miro and this place hands down is the best place to live in the Dallas area. Patrick in the leasing office is very helpful, knowledgeable and great with my dogs! Mr Patrick bleeds customer service. Because they have made my time here so easy going and comfortable I am renewing my lease at the Miro. I hope someone will find this review helpful.

Not smoke free, and those smoking in the apartment can be smelled throughout the hallway. Poor management, Concierge hours change without any notification, good maintenance staff but that's about it. There are dozens of other buildings to live in.
I have called several times about my lease and the management of my building. My car has been damaged to upwards of $1,000, I have been accused of neglecting my service animal, and I have been accused of damaging the building by smoking cigarettes, which I do not smoke.
