They are super helpful and courteous. Had a problem with my reservation, not their fault, but didn't make feel inconvenienced at all. Michael, got me right in. Then Theresa was amazing giving recommendations and directions. Much appreciated they have been great.

The best Hotel in San Francisco! 5 star rooms and public spaces. Amazingly well maintained. Incredible views across the city. A REAL gym, heated pool, steam room and locker rooms. The food and entertainment are always top notch, location is unbeatable with walking distance to cable car routes, shopping, union square, China town, etc... The staff is very attentive and gracious. Whoever runs this Hotel should be highly rewarded, regarded in the industry and sought out for consultation. They have managed to hire, train, and motivate the staff to ensure every guest is well taken care of.

This hotel was super nice, clean and the bathroom was quite luxurious. I really like the setup and decor of the place.

The bed was very comfortable and passed out within minutes. Could be the help of alcohol though.

My family and friends love Hotel Nikko. It's such a convenient place to stay to explore San Francisco. They have dry and steam saunas, which is such an amazing way to destress. Restaurant Anzu has a traditional Japanese breakfast, which brings me back to Japan. My kids love the heated indoor pool and you can see Salesforce tower from there.
There are so many restaurants within walking distance. Pick a cuisine and you can likely walk there to pick up your food.
This is our staycation hotel. Family approved. Michael at the front desk is amazing. A++ for service

Hotel Nikko

Clean, spacious and great location. Parking is $65 daily and don't get me started on the daily deposit and resort fees. On the bright side the location is excellent to shopping and restaurants.

The gym is killer with sauna, steam room and indoor pool. Firepit on the fifth floor with a dog run. Very animal friendly.

The bathroom has a shower and bath tub for bubble baths. Each room had robes, slippers, internet, mini fridge and keurig.

Fyi. There are plenty of parking garages near by for half the cost. But don't park your car or rental on the street, too many smash

Matthew (the business manager) as per my last message it's wasn't the late checkout fee that was my concern it was Pom's customer service that I had a problem with. Thanks.

I haven't stayed here but my friends who have say all good things. I went here for the 80s bratpack show in the theater inside the hotel. We had so much fun! The staff was friendly and attentive. The bathrooms were clean and available. Excellent show! Can't wait to come see another production.

This hotel is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The location was perfect. It was in union square with plenty of restaurants around. The customer service was great. The cleanliness was superb. There was plenty of lounging areas. The pool and hot tub was well-kept. There was 8 elevators that was clean and fast! The only complaint I had was the valet parking as it charged $65 every 24 hours. There is a self-parking garage across the street for $35 every 24 hour so we parked there. Overall, the stay was amazing and I would stay here again next time.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. Bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Restaurant Azu was nice, the food was okay but Kyle the bartender from Kansas City more than made up for it. Such a nice young man who can carry a good conversation while making amazing drinks! We slept in late, surprised we couldn't hear any of the bustling city traffic below or guests coming and going. We ordered breakfast in bed while we stared at the beautiful San Francisco skyline out our window. Great getaway with my hubs for a show at Chase Center. Uber was convenient

I loved this hotel so much!!! The lobby is quiet and nice to work in. I wish the seats were a bit more comfortable but I also understand it's more for lounging rather than working. Our room had a beautiful view and very spacious. Dogs are allowed which a huge plus and will becoming with my dogs next time. I appreciated that this hotel had a section for dogs to relieve themselves inside the hotel rather than going all the way outside of the hotel in the street.
The pool was gorgeous and the open ceiling feel was so refreshing! This was astaycation ando would do it again!

Room is 4 star, Staff is excellent. They do not have a microwave on the property. (management's decision to benefit themselves) They still have minibars! And the minibars have a small vertical space for storing...bottles. No leftovers allowed at Nikko. (management's decision to benefit themselves). There is a $34 amenities fee daily. (management's decision to benefit themselves). This is a trashy, marginally scary, neighborhood, but that is not the hotel's fault. Staff is excellent. They have a self congratulatory tv channel with very nicely dressed executives explaining how they aim to be a 5

Some initial issues with the laundry/linen but we got through that. Great location. Great amenities. Wish there was a microwave in each room, that would have been even better. 24 hr sauna, steam room, and gym. They close the pool and terrace after 10. I can understand the pool, but I do think that the terrace should be open always. Multiple restaurants within very easy walking distance as well as a 24 hr liquor store.
Pro Tip:
There's a parking garage just across the street that charges half the daily price that the hotel charges.

Given how much I paid to stay here, I was a bit taken aback by the lack of cleanliness of the rooms. Right when I walked into my room, a fly was buzzing about the room. There were also stains of food on the desk that hadn't been properly cleaned. And I would later find strands of long hair in the bed that was clearly not mine. Had the room been properly cleaned, it would've felt fine, but this is the portion of my stay that really bugged me.

Location-wise, this place is great. It is very closer to Union Square as well as Powell Station. There are great food spots nearby and ones

This is a great place to stay in San Francisco downtown. Walking distance to everything very clean hotel extremely nice rooms. The staff was warm and friendly and always there at the drop of a hat. We have an oversize truck and the valet took special attention to make sure the truck was parked in a safe secure area. I highly recommend Ronnie the valet attendant that we dealt with. The management really knows how to run a hotel.

A friend and I were looking for a last-minute getaway and we decided to go for a staycation experience!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional and overall kept up with COVID cleanliness standards and procedures.

The hotel itself has a gorgeous lobby with high ceilings and lovely decor. We did work in the lobby with no problems other than the tables and chairs being unsuitable ergonomically work-wise (we made it work).

The suites were beautiful, we opted for a room with two queen beds and we had a great view!

We tried their room service for breakfast and enjoyed it! I would honestly

Wow 5 star rating all around! even though i made the mistake of booking double occupancy! this hotel is probably the BEST closest to union square! definitely 5 star all around! the restaurant is open, drinks are allowed as long as they're in plastic containers and theres an indoor swimming pool that is heated!

you just cant find this 5 star service anywhere else! great layout, perfect shower! great amenities and the guest service desk is the best! even though i booked the wrong room, with our discount package it was still more affordable than the marriotts, hiltons and hyatts nearby! the

We stayed here for a night, mainly to relax after a double dose of the play, Harry Potter: The Cursed Child parts 1 and 2 on the same day.

Hotel Nikko was a short walk to the theater and is an excellent hotel. I would have easily given 5 stars except for a negative check-in experience that is more a fault of the hotel policy and not a reflection of the staff here. Our first show was at 1pm so we figured if we arrived early on a Sunday we can check-in, have lunch, and then enjoy the show. Nope. Even if they have a room clean and available, they will not offer early check-in. They want to
