Services
The Fully Flexible rate offers our most-flexible cancellation policy. Guests can cancel their reservation up to 24 hours in advance of their arrival without penalty. A deposit for Room, Resort Fees & Taxes is taken at 24 hours prior to arrival through the system to the credit card on file. The Semi-Flexible rate offers a bit less flexibility in cancellation policy but in exchange, offers a 15% discount on the rate for the dates booked.

First of all: the decorations in the room are super cozy, Bali style. This was the best part.
On the not-so-great notes: We booked this hotel to have a nice place to sleep during Art Week. We found that we slept very poorly, because of the paper thin walls and constant traffic noise, that left us feeling exhausted. We tried playing nature sounds and noise cancelling music on youtube while sleeping, but even that didn't help much. We could hear all the traffic and word-by-word conversations by anyone who was outside on the street. I wish we would have checked up on noise levels before booking.

The staff from this hotel are wonderful! The concierges are so friendly and helpful. All our transportation was orchestrated be these gentleman. The dining was fabulous and the drinks at all the bars were great! The facility has just been remodeled and absurdly beautifully done to perfection and beds are comfortable. The views are amazing and everything is spotless!
