One of the nicest apartments in Corpus Christi. I lived there for 3 years. Very quite and secure with very beautiful updated interiors. I had a great view of the pool and bay. The office staff are amazing and attentive and the maintenance is prompt, professional and meticulous. Very affordable for newer complex. I highly recommend them.

Apartments are affordable for what’s offered to you. Honestly if you think this place is to expensive, move to the ones next door and time travel the 70’s for almost the same price.
Management & maintenance crew are the best. They take care of things right away. Place is well kept. Plus the entire property was built less than 5-6 years ago.
Amenities - Pool, Fitness rooms, dog parks, out door grilling stations, parking garage, conference room. Etc.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place, you’re minutes away from anything. It’s a

I highly recommend the 1 bedroom suite. It provides plenty of space for entertaining or just being able to spread out.
In total we were 5 couples in 5 different rooms. The hotel is small and it was so easy to find one another. Everyone loved it! Many said it felt like a "Melrose Place."
The hotels location is also perfect. It's a short walk to the beach, (so no worries if you forgot something

Victoria was so sweet and kind knowing the difficulty I had been thorough trying to lease with their sister property. She definitely made me feel welcomed in the community. She was super fast at getting my pre approved. I can’t wait to be apart of this complex! Love the views and quietness of the property.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with this complex. The staff is friendly, professional, helpful and go above and beyond to help ensure residents are happy and well taken care of. The units, common areas and grounds are beautiful and well kept. If a maintenance problem is reported it is taken care of quickly and professionally. The location has gorgeous bay view and is centrally located with limited traffic. The residents are friendly and respectful to one another. They offer units in a variety of sizes and prices which makes living in a new apartment complex affordable for people with

The Villas of Ocean Drive is the best apartment complex you can find in Corpus Christi. Myself and other doctors/nurses from my hospital live here as it is right by the water, has a sufficient gym, luxurious interior, amazing staff. The place is very safe and protected, which is very important if you are new to South Texas like myself.
Jenny is a great manager and she makes sure everyone follows rules to keep this apartment complex a safe community. I see the reviews left by some fake profiles created by one person that was removed from the property. I really appreciate how strong the management

The people who are leaving 1 star reviews have clearly never lived here! I genuinely moved from a sketchy area of town to here almost a year ago and I don’t want to leave! The management is so kind and funny and Jenny and Victoria get to know their residents on a more than superficial level. The biggest problems I’ve had at this community is that my lightbulbs go out and my refrigerator filter needs to be changed, and even that is completed in less than 48 hours! Living here has been a wonderful decision and most definitely my FAVORITE apartment property to live in in Corpus (I’ve lived in

My husband and I live here and have for the past year it’s been great! We have awesome neighbors and love that the community is dog friendly. We love Victoria one of the managers, she always helps us! Being close the the water is a great view every morning! Definitely luxury style living here at the villas.

I have lived here since 2016 and would not want to live anywhere else! Everyone in the community is friendly, the amenities are wonderful, the location is ideal (particularly for anyone who works downtown or goes to Tamucc), my two rescue dogs have always been accepted, the management has always been helpful and resolve issues in a timely fashion! I personally love the covered parking and the watchful eye that our neighbors have. Of course every apartment complex will have maintenince problems at times, but it is always addressed in a timely fashion and residents are always notified. It is disheartening

Coming up on my three months here I decided I will write a review because I have enjoyed it so much. Hannah Marco has been hands down an absolute dream when it comes to getting issues resolved. Whenever I have put in a maintenance request she calls and makes sure the job is done proper. Juan the maintenance man is always positive, upbeat and motivated. He has done an amazing job from replacing air filters to fixing the door sweep. When I moved in Victoria said I wouldn’t regret moving here and she was right. Covered assigned parking, great neighbors and an amazing pool make this complex the best
