Let me start by saying the location is Great, we like the fact is the apartment is all bills paid, and the leasing personnel Yvonna is the Best she is patient, understanding, professional, and most of all Communicates with her tenants.
Now the Negative and worst part is their property manager is disrespectful clearly has no clue how to speak to people much less a tenant, she is rude, incompetent, and no communication skills. We were told our apt would be ready by Sept 3, than the 10th, than the 17..well we finally moved in and after a month living here there has been Severals I mean several issues

I’m new in the area and starting off, so I’m limited in my budget. Came across this place and I couldn’t be happier. At first reading the reviews I stayed away but went inside and found out they have new manager and under new management. The manager Joann showed me how they are updating the property and showed me all the changes, plus got a great deal! I’m content, ppl need to know and go inside.

These people expect FULL RENT even tho my ac has been broke for 3 WEEKS!!! and is still NOT FIXED. No respect for the renter just give me your money and deal with it kinda attitude. Heavy drug users dumpster dive nightly so watch out you dont throw your trash on somebody. This place sucks totally moving out when the lease is up.

These apartments have a new management team and they couldn’t have chosen a better person for the job (Monica-office). They are making changes to this complex and improving so many things that were long needed. Location is amazing and the staff is amazing. Definitely a place to call home.

I have loved ones living at this complex. I’m not sure how this complex stays open for business to rent. I’ll start with; the outside of every building have visible heavy corrosion rusted metal, exposed wire. Buildings are in extreme bad shape inside & out... this is just naming a few. Poor management & maintenance. You can’t never get management on the phone If your life depended on it. NOW are submitting Eviction Notices to tenants who are struggling to pay their rent. Due to the Pandemic. What did they do with the Stimulus? Properties are going to be paid for unpaid rent tenants are struggling

I talked to the main office woman yesterday and scheduled an appointment to go look at the apartments today to get an idea of what they looked like. I was there for my 9am appointment at 8:45am, but she was not. The office is supposed to open at 8:30am yet the doors were locked, the window shades were completely down and no one was answering the phone. I waited until 9:05am sitting on a bench outside the office waiting for her. I gave up after that not knowing if or when she was ever going to show up.

If it would let me give 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely terrible. The management is rude and they will never pay attention to anything you ask, especially maintenance calls. It took an entire month and a half just to get my AC fixed, and each time I went in to complain, they said they never had any record of a request for service. Until I made a form complaining, and forced them to sign saying I had been in to complain, they finally got out there to fix it.
