When I took a tour of this apartment complex, I was ensured that all units that were no occupied would have the carpet stripped and replaced with wood floors. I call less than a month towards signing my lease and they told me there is no such thing going on in the apartment complex. Before you consider living here, take what they promise you with a grain of salt, because they will screw you over.

I came home from work it was 11:15pm my apartment was 89 degrees I called the number left a message and assumed it would be handled the next day. NOPE jP called me
Back within 10 minutes sounded like he was already in bed but was super friendly said he’d be right over and he was the ac was fixed and he was on his way in less than an hour then thing that stuck with me is jP gave me his personal phone number and said if you need anything just call. By far the best maintenance man I’ve ever seen and a really good dude as well for that reason I’m happy to renew my lease and refer my friends

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about these apartments. I am finishing off my last month of residency here and can without a doubt tell anyone looking to rent here DON’T!!! Maintenance in these apartments is a joke. The year that I have lived here I have had outlets that don’t work and roaches so bad! Management has been made aware of every single issue we have had here and nothing has been taken care of. If you have something to report you best get it done befor lunch time because even though they claim to have 8:00am-5:30pm hours once lunch hits you won’t be able to get ahold

Made Maintance call answered and assessed next day by JP , prompt, informative, respectful, and knowledgeably he found the problem. Next day was on the roof all day in the heat till he fixed our issue that we’ve had for over a year with old management and Maintance team now that we’ve updated management and team it’s been phenomenal. My ac would run 79/80 when set on 70 when ever it felt like it now it runs perfectly I couldn’t be any happier!!! Thank you Sterling Team.

I been living here for 3 months and since day one there has been issues with my apartment that have not been fixed. Now my ac is out and they say its not a emergency unless its 85°. I have 3 little kids and they going to make them miserable living here. Definitely not staying after the lease is up. This place would be perfect for my family if they would just fix all the issues.

One of the most understanding apartment we live in so far! We communicated with them and they communicated with us and have been working with us during this time with the virus and everything going on! They let us pay the rent late with no late fees added as long as ur communicating with them! And my ac isn’t working and the brought us a portable ac ASAP with my daughter condition which made me feel safe to stay here and not have to go somewhere else’s to sleep! With the new management I see. Big difference in maintenance and office communication and concerns! Really recommend moving here!

I lived there for all my four years of college. The first year was amazing, the management was great everything was perfect. The last two years of my experience with the sterling apartments were terrible. Horrible. Miserable. The new management is so unorganized. They don’t know how to run an apartment complex. They won’t get back to you on calls that are important. They won’t fix any black mold in your apartment. you pay a extermination fee, just to live with roaches everywhere. I’m so happy I graduated and moved out of the Sterling Apartments, I hope whoever plans on living here is used

I would probably not rent here again, Maintenance comes days later after a request, sometimes never. Everytime I call office staff either no one ever answers or “they don’t know” anything! Always having to pay prior balances on our rent statement when we ALWAYS pay over the amount! This is my first year here & I did not enjoy my stay. Mold is under paint in bathtubs, I have floor rips that have been there since I moved in and a year later still has not been touched or fixed. Dishwasher sink plumbing commode problems often, & the response is “it’s an old building” an old building with

I moved out in February 2019 and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Sterling. I had a studio apartment, but it was more than enough room for me. The complex was very quiet and clean. My apartment was pristine when I moved in, I had a small problem with a dripping faucet and my stove wasn’t working properly, but those issues were quickly resolved. I would recommend it!

I moved in late spring 2018. Nothing but issues ever since. The old management would put temporary bandaids on problems. The new management seemed to be interested in working with me, at first. They finally fixed the gaping hole in my wall from water damage after a hole being there for 4 months. Prior to fixing they literally put a piece of trash bag over it with tape...?
