Its ok for the price I guess but the bugs, the construction, and the laundry closing at 10 for some reason make it pretty hard living here.
The worst part though and why I cant recommend this place is the air conditioning. When its 85 outside my AC will not cool down more than 77 and at night I usually get 74. Sometimes the fan outside will stop and I have to go out there and restart it myself. Ive told them about my problem several times but I dont think they have done anything. The maintenance also doesnt have anyway to contact you all they do is leave a note saying they did the job yet nothing

Bugs the moment you walk in. From months for the oven to be fix. Ac took months as well. Laundry rooms are locked over the weekend at times. If you get a package that states been delivered, you y have to bother them a few times until they release it. The apartment layout is great but wasn't worth the price and rudeness. Maintenance when they did show were really friendly and helpful though

I've been calling and leaving messages to get a call back about a unit. Finally got to speak to a live person today. All she did was talk over me while it sounded like she read a script. I couldn't ask any questions she kept reading this weird script. Then I finally asked if I could ask some questions and her attitude really shined bright. If this is the foreseeable future I want nothing to do with management or this apartment complex.
