Omg I don't even know where to start!! Our community changed management companies earlier this year and it was for the best!! The new staff is AMAZING! Especially Lauren!! She goes above and beyond when trying to help! I've lived here 2 years and I'm so thankful they're here. My dryer recently stopped working and Lauren went out of her way to work with me and my schedule for maintenance to come in and problem was solved in a day!! Living at the Enclave is great. I’ve been here three years and don’t have any issues. Lauren is always accommodating and helpful and the maintenance staff is quick and respectful of your property. Never an issue. The pool is always clean and the bbq area is great as well. Can’t say enough about living here.

I have lived here now at the Enclave Apartments going on 5 years. When I first leased an apartment from Lauren A little over 4 years ago I was so impressed with how nice, informative, and attentive she was too any of my concerns. Extremely professional and the best apartment manager I’ve ever ever had. Her property management company unfortunately sold the property and we had a new apartment managers. Incredibly The property management company she works for bought the property and now She is back as our apartment manager. Not only did they bring the best apartment manager back I have ever had

My wife and I highly recommend Enclave! They recently renovated all their apartments, it's a great location, the game room is a great addition I've never seen in another complex, the pool and gym are always clean and in perfect condition.
None of these things, however, compare to the amazing management that recently took over! Lauren and Dawn will go the extra mile to make sure your living arrangements are ideal.
Unlike old management, Lauren and Dawn are prompt in responding to emails and voicemails, proactive in giving ample notice of any cleaning of maintenance

The staff is amazing. Blanca goes out of her way for her residents and is quick to answer questions and issues. The apartments have daily maintenance which leaves the complex view beautiful and clean. The staff is very communitive and they often update residents on renovations or procedures. This apartment complex is quiet and cozy. Blanca, the leasing advisor, is always ready and quick to respond. She is, without a doubt, the best leasing advisor I have ever dealt with. Her responses are quick and helpful. She will go out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of. The staff is absolutely incredible to interact with. I have been here 6 years and the community is peaceful clean and safe! Blanca and Cheryl go out of their way to respond quickly to issues and/or questions. Danny in maintenance is always so professional and nice to interact with also! You can hear neighbors but it's apartment living and you have to take with a grain of salt.

The office staff are always friendly and address any questions I have. The apartment mgr came out one day I was at the pool with my grand kids and offered them an ice pop- who does that in other communities? Maryann is also so great at meeting the requests of potential and existing residents.

I have lived here going on 3 years now and moved into a larger upgraded apartment my last lease renewal. Let me first say that my first 2 years were really good. I had the cheesy old school apartment and had a couple issues maintenance wise when I first moved in but they were repaired quickly and I had no issues after.
If you can afford the upgraded apartment it is so much better looking then the old. Unfortunately for me I've had nothing but maintenance issues with only the last issue initially brought up at move in being addressed 5 months later. I've had issues with non emergency

I just recently moved out after 5 years of living there (moved for work reasons). These apartments were great!! If i Didn't have to move, I definitely would have stayed. These apartments are a great value. The pool, gym, and computer room are all fantastic. What really makes it great is the attentiveness of the staff. Every maintenance issue I've ever had was attended to promptly and professionally. The apartment manager Lauren is courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a great place to live!

My boyfriend and I have been here since 2013, and although this apartment complex has gone through the deepest trenches of hell, with bad management and lazy maintenance, there is a shining light at the end! My roommate and I have been at the Enclave for roughly 4 years, only because the price stayed so good until now. When we moved in we didn't get a chance to see the actual unit till we were there and locked in. There were a couple ceiling cracks, paint chips, and what I think was a water damage stain in the main bathroom floor. The appliances hadn't been upgraded in years already, so only a couple months later they were all failing one after another. DONT LIVE HERE! We signed a 13 month lease because this place was close to work. We even paid "extra" to have the updated and remodeled apartment. Truth is... the apartment is falling apart. So old, insulation is awful. Bugs. Not energy efficient at all. We would run the AC all day long and it would NOT cool down. Cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms were super old and falling apart. Maintenance would come and fix it but there was always something wrong. Well.. when we are moving out I hired a company to come and clean the place, patch the walls so I could get my deposit back... We have just moved in and the apartments and the staff in the office are FAN-f'ing-TASTIC!
My only complaints are the parking situation along the front of the property (limited guest parking available) and the noise from the car wash located just east of the property (not in the control of the complex)
I love that you can pay your rent online at any time!

I lived here for two years and it was the first apartment I moved into. The management was nice and friendly with me. The guy who set me up there always remembered my name which was really nice. Maintenance took a 2~4 days to complete a request. I was a little disappointed by the location of my parking space. It was all the way on the other side of the complex so I didn't even park there. They had enough open parking near my building, but it didn't mean my car was safe. I found a grocery cart on top of my car that left dents and scratches everywhere. Don't get an apartment next to

Jermain is cool but the manager is a straight condescending piece of crap. She told us she would re new the lease for my roommate who was staying there another year and a couple days before he was going to go sign paper work she told him she already rented it out. What kinda nonesense is that. The walls are thin, when monsoon season was here we had water leaks through the walls due to the rain. Plumbing was always backed up.

As any responsible person might do, I asked if the folks at the Enclave would be willing to report my rental history (i.e. my always-on-time payments) to credit reporting companies. I was told that they "don't report positive information" to credit companies. So, they only report negative? What a bunch of negative Nancys, eh?
In all seriousness, that's disappointing and indicative of laziness and spite and I'd say it's unprofessional.
Oh well, I still stand behind what I said about the neighborhood and price. The staff is pretty iffy and

I had been living there for just a few months when I was out of town for a weekend and I came back late on a Sunday night to find my front door wide open with two water damage control guys trying to salvage what was left of my apartment. I asked the damage control guys what had happened and they had explained that the pipe behind the washing machine had burst. They said that by the time they were able to get into my apartment, it had been submerged in 3 inches

I moved into these apts in may o f 2010 under the former management and everything was great. The apartment was nice, full washer and dryer in the apt., grounds were kept nice. I decided to stay another year.
In 2011 they changed management, and that's when the place went downhill. First they fired all the maintenance people, so they only have one person who does all the maintenance for the entire complex. They raised our rent. But it wasn't the end of the world so we were still relatively happy.

I got an AMAZING move-in special, and a very competitive rent considering the location and amenities. One of the things that sold me on this place was actually the very sincere and accomodating customer service I got out of the people running the show. I also love that there is washer/dryer in the unit. To me the convenience factor is worth at least an extra $50 a month. I am within biking distance of Target, Wal-Mart, Chase, Chipotle, TJ Maxx, Whole Foods, and Paradise Valley Mall ... and that is just what I've discovered so far having been here a week. The Enclave at Paradise Valley, is it worth consideration and a visit? Like you, I did some internet research while seeking a decent community prior to moving. What I found, however, was hardly helpful. It became readily apparent that the only parties posting comments online were disgruntled current and/or former tenants, and employees of the communities in question trying to do damage control. Obviously you could not expect a completely objective assessment from either of those two parties.
