This place is one of the best I've lived in and a lot of it is due to the manager Wendy. She is a great manager who actually seems to care about her tenants and not just the money they bring in. Every interaction my Fiancée and I have ever had with her has been professional. She shows a level of kindness and understanding I haven't seen in many managers or landlords. She has resolved any issues we have had quickly; usually, the same day. The maintenance crew is also on point. Every time We've ever had an issue they are here within 24 hours and get it fixed asap. I've never had to wait more then

Love this place, vintage style complex with an amazing upgraded interior. Hands down the best place I have ever lived, I am a single mother and felt very safe with my children. I put my kids in Arcadia down the street which was super close to home for commute. Can’t lie, I met Wendy when I moved into this community and she was always transparent and put her job first over friendship. She is still my friend today. If you talk to her about any situation like a normal person and act accordingly she will always do her best to help. I wasn’t a easy tenant with my kids, but I was home

I am happy at this place. I have a problem with my ice machine but it is low on my priority list to get done. I have an ice tray making them for me and I just dump them in the box to make my own tray of ice at large quantity. The team got me in my apartment the same day on Sunday. I was there for no more than an hour. Yes, I have good credit and they had a move in special!!!! Love it! The floor plans are great I enjoy my little space to call home. June, will be a year that I have lived at Arcadia 30. The Manager Wendy is a tough lady and takes “no crap”!! She keeps our property immaculate and makes sure our maintenance orders are taken care within 48 hours. She is a hard worker and walks the property to cite any residents who need to clean there patio for unpleasant items that don’t belong on the patio. Fairness is also what she follows and sends out monthly letters to keep us all on our toes, as well as reminders. Our community pool area is well maintained with two gas grills by the maintenance staff and keeps the pool clean and safe

I really enjoy living here at Arcadia, its is close to so many amenities and more, I consider Arcadia a hidden gem , I enjoy my apartment, so quaint and cozy, I have been in AZ for several years and have never felt more at home in any other place, but i can truly say HOME with no hesitation. Its quiet and well lit at which I love it, if I had anything that needed attention or repaired, it was no issues, the maintenance guys were on it and got it done. I've lived here for almost a year now. The management team? No complaints there. Great location. Central to an array of restaurants, variety of grocery stores, shopping n malls, gyms, lengthy balcony, front/back doors, etc. Nice remodel. Noise from other apts less due to thick/concrete walls. Shower has a good gush. However...while I have lived in many apts here in AZ, never like this before! (1) I cannot begin to describe the roach problem I have had here. Everything has been done to address this issue: bombs, sprays, boric acid, diatomaceous earth, foams, bleach in the sink and drains.

Location is excellent! Great schools nearby ( I have a elementary schooler) I love my apartment, its quiet and I feel super safe with the gated community. I have been here for a year and I just extended my lease for another year. Great neighbors and parking is not a hassle. Wendy the Manager has always been very helpful and understanding. Always nice and friendly front office staff and maintenance workers are always on top of things. Never had any issues.... I just know that when I have a question or concern I go to the office and my issues/questions are always answered or resolved on the spot

We moved from Dallas to Phoenix completely on our own. We have never lived or done anything without our parents help but we wanted to start a life for ourselves. Wendy made it SO easy and SO painless for us to get out here and get situated. The two previous reviewers are pretty spot on. There are stray cats everywhere and residents leave food out for them. I even had to get rid of my doormat because a cat kept seeing and pooping on it. Recently, they gave little to no notice that they would be fogging our units for pests. We were expected to take EVERYTHING out of our kitchen and bathroom cupboards and cover all our stuff. I'm not particularly pleased with having to wash and clean all my bedding, dishes, floors, etc. because they've been sprayed down with toxic chemicals. I have lived here for over 3 years. I like my apartment a bit small but I like it. IT is a good place to live as long as you don't have maintenance issues, the quality of the work is not good. Most things were better off before they came it to repair them. Grounds crew could care less, blow your door mat away and you have to go looking for it, knock down patio furniture even broken my, and I have had to replace my car window three times because they blow stuff on my car including rocks, reported it to the office 7 to 8 times but still happens. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful. I'll share today's experience as one of many examples. I show up at the office, after calling and no one answering (typical) and the person there just stared at me. I had to say "HI" in order to get her attention. I had her my lease termination notice. Then I mentioned that I had a package there. It was then that I learned that they "probably" sent it back because I didn't pick it up in 10 day. I had no idea the package was even there so that was NOT helpful. So rude. So so so rude. Also, the price is NOT worth

Recently a drive by shooting at this apartment over the weekend. Management has not done anything to show they care. They continue to leave the gate open so "security" does not exist. I have lived here about 11 months now and I am giving a honest review. This Apartment was last known as Jamestown please do your reviews on that before moving here. There are stray cats at the apartment like at least 20 however management has not fixed that issue either. They continue to procreate so I don't see this issue getting better. Residents are feeding them and management knows exactly who is doing it but

I don't necessarily give the apts 5 stars but our main office manager Wendy went above and beyond to assist me with the cockroach problem! She really made sure the problem was taken care of, it was a pain and I can't believe this was ever an issue so that's why Wendy gets the 5 stars....not the apt. I will say the price and amenities you get are amazing and can't be found anywhere else in this neighborhood.....
