44Monroe is amazing! I was super lucky to have George's help with obtaining my dream apartment. He was always available to answer all of my questions and I've never recieved an apartment as beautifully renovated as this one was. It was important to me that I had a gorgeous view on a high level and George made this happen (19th floor!). I even got the soaking tub I wanted with his help. I love my new apartment!

My wife & I have been living at 44 Monroe for almost a year now. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful sunrise/sunset views on the daily. Overall living at 44 Monroe is truly an experience & always has you feeling as if you're on vacation. The staff is very friendly & concierge is always a huge help 24/7 (Plus they always give my dog treats). Also, they are VERY clean! When I go out every morning I always recognize them keeping the place clean & smelling nice. I highly recommend moving forward with moving in if you're here reading this asking yourself if its a good fit for you.

I moved in roughly 2 months ago and I love living here. The staff is friendly and professional - Sonia, Christian and George are the staff all-stars. The elevators and hallways/common spaces are clean and maintenance requests are handled quickly.
The only drawback to living here is the inability to access the balconies, but the good news is that repairs started this week and we should have access in a few months as they're starting the fixes with the top floors.
Overall, 44 Monroe is a great place to live and I would highly recommend it.

I lived on Floor 9 in the smallest one bedroom. It faced US Bank on Monroe St smack on 1st Ave and I loved the apt and the views. Can't beat the location, security of the building and the garage parking.
The front desk staff and leasing crew were fantastic. Christian at the front desk is who I saw the most and he was always a delight and helpful and a resourceful person every single time. The crew in the office Sonia and Nia always responded timely and maintenance got taken care of immediately. The entire staff is great!

I have lived at 44 Monroe for 3 years. The staff at 44 Monroe is friendly, attentive, and care for your needs right away. As a health care professional and a professor at ASU, this is a great location, I'm able to walk to work, enjoy the nightlife, and come home to a beautiful, luxury, 5 star home that does not have an "apartment feel". The views are amazing! Sonia Abraham and her staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and you are always greeted with a smile. I've been here for 5 years and yes it was frustrating to not have a pool for two years but now the pool is up and running and it was well worth the wait. The staff goes above and beyond to please each guest and puts the safety of each guest above anything else.
The location is incredible and the professionalism of the concierge is amazing as well. I've signed my lease year after year because of safety and the staff here. Now that we have a pool and other great amenities I'll be signing again.

Can’t really give a review of the apartment complex but flew in for the day to check out apartments. Had an appointment with Brian but I’m guessing he was busy showing other apartments so we left after 15 minutes of waiting. I normally wouldn’t leave a review for something like this but It’s irritating to be in a time crunch and you show up to an empty leasing office and not even greeted warmly by the concierge who seemed annoyed. Btw - “no apartment affiliated parking” per the concierge.

DO NOT move into this building. I have been living here for 2 years now and the only good thing about this building is the views. Other than that it's a waste of money. We haven't had a pool for a year and a half with no due date in site. The elevators constantly go down causing me to be late to meeting a couple times. And the worst part is no access to the balconies. With no windows and no balcony its feels like your inside a glass box. We was told that problem would be fixed in a couple of weeks and a year later nothing has been done. Just a little 10% discount on rent.

I'm a former resident that moved out on 7/31/18 and STIlL do not have my security deposit back after numerous attempts to communicate with management! Per management on 8/17/18, I'm due back my full deposit and it's been over 1 1/2 months! By law, they are supposed to refund the security deposit within 14 business days.
Any other former residents having the same issue? If you are, I'm sure Fox News would like to hear from you. I've contacted them and they are following up on my story.

This place used to have 50+ reviews, but somehow they got deleted. Hmm. (They were pretty much all bad FYI). No pool or balcony access 1.5 years now and going. Water is freezing half the time. Have to leave the shower on 10+ minutes before I hop in. Twice now management has had trouble with my payment (even though I have 10K in the account). So they tell me several days later and conveniently there's over $400 in late fees each time. This has happened twice. STAY AWAY!! I was extremely excited to move into this condo complex when I first saw it. From the start they stated that the pool was under renovation so it could not be used but they plan on finishing it within 2 months. They also stated the patio was no longer accessible and locked all the doors in the units to go out to the patio because the construction company who constructed the patio made a huge mistake during the construction and it is unsafe. Please, if you're contemplating moving here, think again and read all these reviews, including the non recommended reviews. The views and a nice pool will not make up for the ongoing water problems, the extensive elevator issues and the fact the entire building was vibrating from jackhammering a poorly constructed pool for several weeks before we moved. I can't imagine where this could be good, structurally.

The apartments are great. The location is great. The management is so awful it's almost laughable (except not funny because you have to deal with it). Also, we haven't had a pool in over a year while they supposedly repair it. And we haven't had access to our balconies in almost a year because they had a problem with those and haven't fixed it. Water pressure problems all the time. Elevator problems all the time. Also, sort these reviews by time period and you'll notice that things have really dropped off over the past 1.5 years with new management.

Best place in town with amazing views of the entire city! It is awesome being within walking distance to so much of downtown. I can't image renting anywhere else! Definitely need to check this place out if you are looking for an amazing apartment in the heart of Phoenix. They have done a full remodel of the common areas, which looks amazing! The pool will also be stunning as soon as it is completed. It will be nice to relax in a hot tub and pool 8 stories above Phx.

This place is a disaster, at all levels: the dangerous balconies which were neglected, and then have been not addressed for almost a year. The pool, which has sat dormant and un-repaired for over a year. Numerous water issues, electrical issues, elevator issues. It is clear that management knows more about things behind the scenes, but will not be honest with residents. Having them release you from your lease, after fraudulently selling you on the amenities and failing on basic upkeep of the building, has proved punitive. Mail has been lost or withheld. Downtown living at it's best! The management team has been responsive and professional. The location is superb, the team here at 44 Monroe are friendly and helpful and the residents very welcoming! Now, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the views, these views are truly magnificent!!!! We are loving the sunsets and the splendor of the city at night! Urban living isn't for everyone but if it's your lifestyle then 44 Monroe is for you!
