We'd be more than happy to help you out! The Deposit for a cat is $300.00 and is broken down as follows $200.00 non-refundable fee and $100.00 is a refundable deposit.
Our one bedroom apartments feature a spacious layout with 670 square feet of living space. The kitchen has generous amounts of cabinet space, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator and disposal. Each apartment also features a full size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room and two separate storage closets.

Oh wow. Where do I start from the harassment of the management or just how they are supppper unprofessional?! This complex management would not only harass me but also stalk me. The neighborhood is pretty bad & front desk lady is just nasty. Appliances and the laundry look they are LITERALLY FROM THE 80s. Nothing is remodeled. One parking or two PER resident or you pay an extra fine. Where does that happen idk. Rent increase?? Oh yeah…. Rent is 1300 for a dump case. Better off finding something else

Some of the apartments here may be remodeled -- I live in one that has not been. Pros: Rent is what passes for reasonable in Phoenix, at least for my unimproved unit. Staff is friendly, maintenance guys are competent and quick. Quick access to 5K path and trail bike loop around Papago golf course. Easy access to 202, so quick to much of the Valley. Cons: No recycling pickup. Ancient appliances, odd drywall imperfections, popcorn ceiling, loud a/c that starts up with a lurch to wake the dead, or me anyway . . . The shower is so old that the plastic is nearly black -- yuck. You can't leave the complex

I just moved in last month but the move in process was really easy and quick, Kim in the office is awesome she made everything really simple and easy. I had to do 1 maintenance request to have the hot water turned on for my new sink and it was the same day that it was resolved. The community here is really nice as well, no loud parties or anything like that - overall it’s been really nice settling in here.

I've had a great experience so far. When I applied, I received a call within an hour by Kim who was amazing throughout the process. When she showed me the apartment, she took pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the unit. I have to say this is the first time I've moved into a rental and not had to spend 8 hours cleaning. I showed up with cleaning supplies and didn't need them at all! It was spotless! Within 1 week I found a leak under the kitchen sink. Maintenance showed up within an hour of submitting the request online. I'm also very happy with the neighbors, who have all been amazingly

We love it here. The office staff and maintenance guys are all great. Our only gripe is that the rent is getting too high. Last year, $40 increase, this year over $100, disappointing the greed... nothing has changed to warrant such an increase, and there are vacancies, probably partially related to it.. It'd be different if it was going toward improving the community, ie security cameras to stop property damage and deter druggies.. killing the smell of dog pee in the grassy areas... something...

I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s been nothing but great. Any concern have been dealt with quickly but nothing major like I’ve experienced at complexes in the past (AC issues, plumbing issues, etc.) You can’t find better prices for in unit full size washer and dryer. Awesome space in the unit. Quiet area! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Just renewed my lease and love it here. Literally 30 seconds from the 202. Papago park right next door, gym, pool and awesome neighbors. The manager Kim is amazing and always super professional. All maintenance requests are promptly taken care of and the property is kept in beautiful shape. No bugs, quiet neighborhood, and gated at night. It's not an upscale place by any means but definitely worth the rent.

I only lived at Papago for 2 months. They show you a remodeled unit but unless you pay $150+ more, you get appliances that are from the 1980s. I am not joking as the kitchen appliances are that vomit yellow color and totally rickety. The fridge would not stay shut as the seal was extremely old. I noticed the washer/dryer combo was the exact same model my mother had when I was a kid and I am in my late 40s. I was living there not even a week and the first time I ran the washing machine it flooded my unit! This was late at night so I was up until 5am with the maintenance guy and carpet contractor

This review is purely on what the management office can control. Are there water issues in this area? Yes, but that is for the area and not limited to only the apartment complex. Are the buildings a little dated? Yes, but they are comfortable and the community is quiet.
Having lived here for over a year now, everything about the apartment is satisfactory. Have yet to have an issue and the management is both accommodating and considerate.

Omg roaches!! The manager micro managed and plays favoritism, older nosey neighbors who run and gossip. Manager has tow truck scan licence plates. We've seen over 10 resident vehicles towed the first week we moved in. We have insurance and registration on vehicle that was parked in visitor parking and manager had it towed. This place is rigged on appliances and holes in the wall. TRUST ME DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!

I've been living here for a yr now and I liked it, never had a big problem. I love that the school bus stop is right at the corner. I had heard not the best things about this place but gave it a shot since they have new management and now owned by daystar. Moved into a brand new apt... new carpet, new appliances, new fridge, new stove, new dishwasher, new tile, new kitchen granite, freshly painted and I love the fact that we have washer & dryer in the household. I also like the double patio balcony one for the kids and one for us the adults, they're nice and spacious enough for

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES AND BEDBUGS!!!! This place is horrible. Management doesn't care, defensive and rude. Maintenance problems take forever to get fixed. Parking spaces are to small and you can bet your car is going to get dinged once or twice. Complex if not clean. Gates don't close at night so anyone can come and go. Complex really noisy as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Maintenance - inside and outside needs to be remodeled, not for styling concerns but because the appliances are old and break and when something does need to be fixed whether minor, air vent broken or major washer or fridge breaks, they will tell you they Will call maintenance guy. It will take 2-3 days for guy to look at problem and declare, yes this needs to be fixed. They will then order part and it will be an additional 3-4 days, once it arrives, it may or may not be the right part. It will break again within a week, repeat process.

My husband and I lived here for almost a year as we needed a place to live until we could buy a house as we'd just relocated from another state. This place is EXTREMELY noisy! The downstairs neighbors both smoke so the stench would waft up through both (2 bathrooms) the bathroom cabinets! If you left the bathroom doors closed for a few hours and opened them, it smelled like someone had taken a cigarette break in there! Roaches...let's talk about the roaches! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Worst apartments I have ever lived in. First of, the apartment manager is rude, probably the rudest apartment manager I have ever encountered with. On top of that there are alot of break ins in this location. Someone broke into my car leaving my window shattered. I immediately went to the leasing office. The apt manager told me it was "nothing she could do." & that the apartment complex doesn't have cameras!! And "gated apartments"? Tuh!!! They don't even even close during most nights so what is the point of the gate? Gun shots are heard all
