I moved here In October of 2020. We did not fully move everything until the 31st of October. During our first week of actually living here my daughters start to get bit (they sleep in the same room). I contact the front office and they get someone to come out and inspect the rooms. It's an apartment with three bedrooms and in my daughters room is where they found activity. They sprayed that Saturday and I had to keep calling the front office to see when they were going to come out and spray again. This complex is amazing due to the staff. I want to give a specific shoutout to Jasmine. She's always been efficient and helpful! Any issue I was worried about, she was able to address promptly and with sincere concern. I am certain that she is one of the biggest reasons that this complex is successful and has been able to retain tenants. The maintenance team works efficiently and are so kind. The facilities are clean and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

First, my move in experience was smooth. The office staff are one of the nicest people I've met with wonderful attitude, they ensured that the process and apartment selection went as smoothly as possible coming from out of state. They sent me pictures and were honest about any positives/negatives of each apartment. They went above and beyond.
If you have any issue with the apartment; maintenance is very quick and responsive.
The place itself is clean and the area is safe. The residents are friendly. Seems like a very dog friendly place (many dog owners).

I have lived at Esteban Park for about 4 years and have really enjoyed my time here so far. The most noticeable thing about Esteban Park is how involved the Staff are and how they are always trying to help out and resolve any and all problems. Jasmine has been awesome and I feel like I can call her up with any problems or questions and she'll do everything she can right away to answer them. She helped us work out a bad situation, got us a new AC, and gives us a call when our packages are sitting on the floor of the package concierge. We're thankful to have the relationship we do with her.

Great place to live! Super convenient location - five minutes from downtown Phoenix and five minutes from Tempe. Neighbors are cool and polite, never any issues. Yasmín is an absolute sweetheart and also, a shark when you need her to be. For example, I had trouble with receiving a package back in October, when the locker parcels were first installed. She went over the camera footage, called FedEx, as well as the parcel company, and made sure she located the package for me. This is my second year here the first year was ok maintenance responded quickly and completely work order took them month to show so to front office the ladies don't communicate with maintenance which makes the maintenance department look bad. When you call front office nobody answers you have to walk to office to talk to someone. I've talk to two people in office the manager and another lady. I've always on time with my but only once I was late and I complained about the amount. Rent + fees+ water, etc+ late fee+ 2nd late fees and finally 3rd fee which you still have to pay eviction

At first, we were happy with this place. It is gated, and in the middle of Phoenix and Tempe, which makes it convenient for work and going out. However, this place is not good at all, management really doesn't care. I got packages stolen all the time, and I understand that theft happens everywhere, but it is ridiculous how often it happens here. Management said they would send a letter to everyone asking them to be aware of suspicious behavior.... 4 months later... Nothing... It takes 3 min to write and send a letter. But because it is not affecting their revenue, of course they don't

I was impressed at first, as the unit was exactly as expected, work orders were completed quickly, and everything in the apartment seemed to work. The area is quiet, near a big park, and just minutes away from everything I needed. The apartment itself was fine, however I recommend the units near the front, as the back buildings have a fantastic view into the adjacent trailer park. However, the metal staircases are really loud, and the kids like to jump all over them, constantly. While that is not management's fault, the windows are single pane and a bedroom window is right along the breezeway

The apartments are nice and quiet !! But the people in the front office are a bunch of retards !!! They should be replaced with monkeys ,they would probably do a better job ...if you wanna talk to anyone in the front office ...you have to walk up there cuz they never answer the phone and good luck getting a maintenance man !!! You have to tell them like 5 times !!! And we are suppose to be getting wifi throughout the whole apartment complex ...but they've been saying this for 6 months now !!! Still no wifi !!! They should lower my rent for having to deal with the retards they have in the front

At first me and my roommate thought this place was nice. It was fairly new and not a bad place to live. The price was a bit high for our budget but we thought it was going to be worth it. IT WASN'T. The people in management are rude and we always felt like they don't care about what you thought. There were several issues with our apartment that we tried reporting but there was no answer to getting them fixed. There is very limited parking for the tenants and the visitors! There was always someone in our parking space. The apartment gates were always broken so anyone could go in whenever

Not worth giving them your money. I came from a place were I paid $1800 a month and pay $1029 now, less but still allot for south phoenix. #1 there is only 1 maintenance man for the whole HUGE property. So good luck getting anything fixed. #2 they will fine you first , explain later. #3 there are allot of really ghetto/section 8 people living here for free in the 3 bedrooms, while you pay hard earned money towards rent, they almost run you over everyday, and make allot of noise. #4 the gate keys are always breaking. #5 If anyone has to pay this much in the city of phoenix for rent, They should
