Way overpriced, carpets are crusty, floors are yellow, and staff seldom cleans. There are rusty nails sticking out all over the porch, the hallways smell like cigarettes and there's absolutely no shade in the parking lot, so your car is subject to heat damage. The hot water is somehow never working and all of the lower cabinets are bowed in. Definitely feel more like I'm staying at a motel 6 rather than a $1000 a month apartment

There are a lot of residents in Culver Estates. I have been pleasantly surprised how quiet it is in this area. Overall, I like living here, but the water is always getting shut off without notice. As you can imagine, that is extremely annoying and inconvenient.

The response below does not address the issue. My understanding is that the problem is usually connected to the building's water system (something breaks, or is not working properly). When I have inquired about our water getting shut off, I have never been told that it was a city issue

We've had lots of pluming issues since living here and they've all been taken care of in a timely fashion. I understand things happen and we can't be everyone's top priority. I wish the issues could be completely fixed but other then that I have nothing to complain about! The staff here is great on keeping the property clean and we have great neighbors! Keep up the good work Culver Estates.
