My daughter lives at this apartment complex. I am on the lease with her however I live out of state. The management of this apartment complex is not attentive and there is no follow through. An numerous occasions complaints by my daughter along with other residents in the building have complained about the neighbors barking and 9 months later nothing has changed. When moving in there were trees down in front the apartment and they promised they would be cleaned up. They were not and there are even more that are down. To the point now that it obstructs the few of the pond. The dryer has been broke

Leasing office is not financially competent in order to review financial records per a CPA. I clearly own a 300k home that I am selling and I clearly make 6 figures, but after the back n forth and negligence I decided to lease elsewhere. If your a business owner making 6 figures but you don't salary yourself through your business dont bother trying to deal with the Hamptons.

If you are even considering these apartments, PLEASE read my story, which I have waited oh so long to post due to the fear of retaliation from the management team.
PROS: Personally, I love the maintenance team. They are prompt, and extremely empathetic. I actually gave one of them a nice, imported bottle of Italian wine due to his amazing work ethic.
CONS: Management, frequent car break-ins, excessive noise.
As for management, I've run into issues since day one. First, they let me move all of my things into my apartment AND garage just to tell me two days later that they made a mistake and I

The application process is extensive and expensive. Once you've completed it however, living here has been wonderful so far. Maintenance guys are awesomely helpful and very responsive. Management is friendly and communicate regularly with you via email. Quiet and comfortable community. Now that the world is opening up again, I can't wait to continue to explore and get to know my new neighborhood. I love it!!

Area is great but I haven’t had heat since April, house has filled with GAS multiple times because of heat consistently going out while i’m at work, Rent is going up $146 bucks for an apartment that’s 650 sqft, and my packages get stolen often because they have YET to fix the building door downstairs.
Put in multiple work orders about the heat, they enter them as completed but never come through to fix it. Home got to 55 degrees and emergency maintenance was nowhere to be found. Did return my calls and when they did, they didn’t leave a message or text like they are supposed too.

Really pretty and great location but the people in the leasing office are a joke! We've been asking for our lease to be emailed to for 2 weeks now and nothing! We went in the office last week asking again for the lease, nothing yet! They love sitting at their desks playing on their phone. Way overpriced also.

Just check before get in a lease contract. The apartments are okay, but there are many hiding feeds, water and sewer are about $60 a month, the office charge $5.00 a month for “office feeds” Also, you have to pay for a new service they included called “valet trash” $26.00 a month, plus outdoors maintenance $8.00, if you pay the rent with debit card they will charge $30.00 for credit and collection feeds, just add another 95 or 110 to your rent.
they keep the outdoors very clean, and the apartments are nothing fancy but clean and nice, laundry is into the apartment ( its a plus) the staff

Here's some background before reading this. Our lease was 7 months and it was our first experience renting.

With that, 0/10 would not recommend living at The Hampton's of Cloverlane. Within the first week of move in, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen, the oven was broken, and the cabinet doors were falling off. Both appliances were replaced by the maintenance team. However, when they said they'd be here at a certain time, they did not show up at the "scheduled time." They were hours late when replacing the two appliances mentioned above.

I currently live here and might possibly be moving soon for a new job so I decided to post this review as a guide for others and reminder to myself about the management since one of the places I was considering for the new job is also managed by this company and complaints(and compliments) on their page seemed very similar.
The apartment, location and maintenance is good. One bad thing about the apartments is it does have old popcorn ceiling. I wanted to do some wire management for my VR headset but this style doesn't allow it.
The bigger issue however is the rent. it is already more than most

If you are handicapped or disabled do not stay here. The leasing office continues to be unwilling to accommodate residents within the same unit that need handicapped parking spots. I have submitted multiple documents highlighting that I have need parking accommodations. For those residents that aren’t handicapped spots are rarely available. Not to mention if you pay for a reserved spot there is not way to have anyone removed, if someone parks there. I strongly encourage you seek other options in the area.

They raised my rate by about 10% the first year, and it sounds like this is common at the Hamptons of Cloverlane from other reviews I have read. Maintenance is pretty good. They once lent me a portable air conditioner and a fan when the one in my unit broke down and they had to order parts. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

No heat, no AC, and extremely poor management.
We had problems with this place before we even moved in. Our move in date kept getting pushed back due to renovations. We kept getting told "1 more week" until a month went by and we had to contact management to get a straight answer. Then we move in, and 1 bathroom doesn't have a vanity attached yet. Had to wait another month for that. Then 1 bedroom doesn't have functioning AC. After multiple requests, and claims that "they had fixed the problem", I had my Dad call the manager and they then put a plug in AC unit in to

Pros- it has a pool, okay exercise room, staff is nice, location is pretty convenient, in room laundry
Cons- insanely loud furnace, just not very nice for the price

It is what it is I suppose. The apartment feels very worn. There was an odd smell on move in. The dryer didnt work, but they replaced it within days. Heat didnt work one day. They fixed it by blowing into a bunch of stuff like it was an NES video game cartridge. Theres odd hard spots under the carpet. Chips of paint and tiling all over. Appliances are old but they work. The sinks back up when the dishwasher runs. Sliding glass

Renter Beware. (Especially if you have a pet)

This is the first place where I truly learned things the hard way. I rented here for a year, I own a dog and I thought this place was a perfect fit.

However at the end of the lease, property manager (Chelsea) and Maintenance (Jowan) signed off and sent me a damages report for approx. $1000, claiming that there were damages without bearing adequate photo proof. This was above and beyond the deposit already. Read their contracts before signing before they basically have you sign a waiver that says you are responsible for whatever they quote. Mind you

I have lived at the Hamptons for more than 3 years (because moving is a pain or I would have been out way sooner). Our experience living there was subpar and the management was a joke and would try to cheat you out of money at every turn. Not sure why I thought anything would be different in the move out process.

We are being charged to replace the carpet in our bedroom after 3.5 years of use because there is one stain that didn't even soak through to pad... not sure how someone is supposed to live somewhere for 3.5 years and never spill something ever. When we called to argue this they

STAY AWAY!! Even if they give you a tour of the 'model unit', do not fall for it. The actual units look nothing like the model unit. We were told we would be getting a newly renovated apartment with new hardwood floors, new appliances, and new carpet in the bedrooms. The day we moved in (in May), we discovered our apartment was renovated about 10 years ago, with cabinets covered in major wear and water damage, outdated/warped/paint stained floors in the kitchen, stained carpet in every room except for the kitchen, and outdated appliances (minus the microwave, since one wasn't

Okay apartments. Only problem is the rates are too high for renewals.
Otherwise maintenance does a good job keeping buildings nice and clean.

Pros: Newly remodeled apartment is nice, it's great to have in-unit washer and dryer, and the neighborhood is fairly well kept up.

Cons: Ughh...too much noise!!
1. I am a first floor tenant and I can hear every creak and step my upstairs neighbors take, and they walk around A LOT. It's especially bad in the master bedroom, but maybe it's more annoying when I'm lying in bed trying to relax and all I hear is CREAK--STEP STEP STEP--CREAK. Yes, I am aware that it's not management's fault my neighbors never seem to stop walking around, but the buildings are obviously

Ready to apply and sign a lease today. However this complex thinks charging $175 just to apply there is justifiable. I haven't come across any complex in the area charging this much and have been renting a long time.

It's a shame because I relocated here for a job and would love to rent a 2 bedroom unit just for myself but I can't agree with paying $175 application fee, it's not comparable to anywhere in the area and I will say the couple of places that charged near this much at least applied a portion of it towards the rent. Just another example of a greedy company. I fee

I feel like I am living in a third world prices paying 5 star prices for a very poor living experience. Rent has gone up 14% since moving in 3 years ago. Nothing works in our apt. I have made requests over the years for things like wanting warm water, or having stove that works and the maintenance comes in and says they did something. Not convinced that they do anything. Nothing works. Signed up for one more year, big mistake! Hayman manages the complex, they are known for their poor management. Time to call an attorney! Depends on your idea of luxury, but these are not luxurious apartments

The complex seems high-end and well maintained outside and in the model apartment. However, they are very cheap, old, and falling apart. They have a tendency to bait-and-switch, so be careful (and if this happens hire a lawyer).

Our apartment wasn't cleaned when we moved in; there was poo in the toilet rim and hair in the shower, and dirt everywhere else.

Maintenance is useless-they were here THREE times to fix a towel rack that was falling off the wall. They kept trying to fix things cheaply/lazily and none of the fixes worked. They claimed we were overloading our dryer rather than fix

Finally got out of that horrible place. It seemed like the last few months every couple of weeks someone from management or maintenance was coming through the place for some reason. To inspect the hot water heater one week, a "lender" tour the next week, then a key audit tour...I'm sure there are another couple of reasons that they had to tour my place. They did do maintenance all summer long...only to the outside of the buildings...none of the items such as the kitchen cabinets/drawers that were a mess in my place were ever fixed. The broken window in the 2nd bedroom was never

The Hamptons is getting two stars for me, mostly because of their awful customer service and maintenance service. I have lived here through a full 12 month lease and I'm now on to my second yr lease as they only able to give me one week notice of price change in rent before my lease was up, so I could not find a new place to compare that quickly. (After asking multiple times for a rent change quote)
They are not accommodating for midnight shift workers. As I work midnights, I have run into multiple issues.
For most of the summer, they worked on the apt bldgs, cleaning, painting, roofing. Which

My BF & I moved in here last fall and thought we'd be fine because of all the amenities they had to offer. Not the case. The model we saw was perfect. The clubhouse seemed really nice.
We were never shown our exact apartment because it just "wasn't ready yet".
(I thought the standard time between occupants was at least a couple weeks)
We were very disappointed right from the start. The quality of everything in that place was a complete joke. We paid mid $900's for 1 br plus den. There was always something breaking off or needing to be replaced. The appliances were
