The apartment management has did nothing better last me since I moved in the roaches the outside it is refurbished it was nice but they're still roaches in it from when the other people are here everybody else comes in and harasses me I can't take it

I have to say since I have been here for over a year now, signed another lease, I would only move out if I bought a house. They are always busy and are easy to reach. Management cares about the people who live here.

I wish I could give a negative rating. They harass you for rent to be on time yet after first moving in water would not drain didn't get it fixed for 5 days of no shower or using the restroom there. The AC had issues over and over it took days to fix then the heater had issues took them over a week to come out and look at. Richard will lie and then try to slander you as well but when confronted he's two faced. Stray cats everywhere, roaches, can't even say anything to a neighbor for thowing trash in your patio or Richard will come tell you that you are in the wrong. Do not rent here nothing but

Paying your bills is next to impossible. The office hours say 8:30am to 6p.m. for the week, but they are hardly ever there. They are sometimes there at 10am, and then they'll leave for two hours and they'll come back for two hours. They'll spend 4 hours in the office, but they'll never answer the phones so you can't actually know if they're there. So you'll leave work to pay your bills only for them to not be there, and you miss valuable time at work, resulting in late fees because you can't pay on time because they are never there, and missed work time. Horrible place to live in. Roaches everywhere big and small. Stray Cats everywhere. Always issues with the a/c unit braking down. Witch they don’t fix right away. I called for pest control overs &over and they don’t ever come. The one time they did come they only sprayed outside patio only not inside where it was most needed. I had to throw away a lot of my furniture due to pest. infestation of roaches behind the fridge, stove, & dish washer area when I would cook they all start to come out making it hard for me to want to cook at all because of the roaches. Waist of money DO NOT RENT HERE

This place is so bad. I have been here a little over 4 years. I recently was trying to move to a downstairs apartment and when it came time to move there were so many issues. When i went to the office to sign the new lease i was given a different price than what I was told when i first started looking yo move downstairs. The people in the office here don't communicate with each other or the tenants that live here. The are so unprofessional but they sure do want the rent paid on time and if you dont pay on time they will send you an evicition notice and they want your utilities paid or they will

The apartment manager will lie straight to your face. Had electric turned off due to no notice when you ask for it she calls the police and tries to say your being offensive and trying to assult her....
All because you ask for something that was never given?!
Trash is everywhere it smells
Car broken into... kids always running around destroying others property...
Can't wait for lease to end in a few months...
Worse than the housing authority here!!!!!!
And yes they allow the kids from the school to come break into apartments smoke weed and intimate resident's.

I'm only giving 1 star for receiving my deposit and application fee back. I was scheduled to move in on a Friday. Once I came from another town to sign the lease, the manager stated they were painting the cabinets and recommended I not stay there Cuz the fumes were too strong the neighbors were complaining so I drove back home to return back on Saturday. Mind you I'm coming from another town about 1 1/2 hours away. The assistant manager said he would be there till 5. I called 10 mins before arriving and no calls were answered and made it just minutes before 5 only for the office to be closed. He

Do not rent here. The stray cats everywhere, trash all over dumpster area, laundry facilities will ruin your clothes or require you to dry them 3 times since they don't work and leaves stains or holes in them, I've had water backup several times over the last 2 years and our water bills are outrageous, wasn't here the whole month of July and my "allocated bill was $87. My car was keyed by the brats running rampid around at all hours of the day and a group of high school kids are always smoking weed in my hallway. New management is poorly trained. Their communication sucks and they're rude. They gossip to other neighbor in the complex about tenants and just plain unprofessional. When maintenance is needed it takes them about a week or 2 to come "try" & solve the problem. They dont even wanna work with individuals who lost their apartment due to Hurricane Harvey ( its sad cause they could easily move them to the opposite side of the apartment until they fix theirs) so now people are stuck having to break their lease.The only good thing is you'll meet some friendly people in this neighborhood and in the apartment
