Management at the cove apartments are a joke. In the past 3 years I have lived here I have had to file 3 police reports. When i went to the leasing office to see if something can be done it's always the same response there is nothing I can do. It is infuriating that they have no regards for its tenants safety. They only have cameras in around the leasing office for their safety the gates are open 24/7 never closed. When we went to renew the lease we spoke to them about moving to a bigger apartment they told my sister and I yea sign the lease in a month we will have one available. We called

They have the worsted costumer service I have ever come across both in person/ phone and that’s only if your lucky enough to have someone actually answer! If you leave a voicemail except to never get a call back!!!! They don’t know how to return phone calls..So needless to say this company is horrible! Through our our lease, we have had so many issues that got brushed off by the manager in the front office. We have experienced cockroaches, other bugs and worst of all scorpions. Scorpions seem to be a common problem at this apartment complex because our neighbors had them as well and when we caught a few and brought them to the front office in a container, the manager

I have been here for about 5 years. I would not recommend anyone to rent here. I can not wait until I move out. When I first moved in things were great. The back gate only started to work all of the time in the last year. Though there have been improvements with the maintenance team, there is a lot of work still needing to get done. Maybe you should hire a bigger team so it does not take almost two weeks to get things fixed. I moved to this place at the end of July 2017 because of the convenience of the location. If you're looking for a three bedroom there is no model. You have to go to Parkwood or Avante to view and believe me...the "upgraded" unit i have is vaguely reminiscent of the model.The complex is relatively quiet and safe because Phoenix PD patrols the place; another selling feature for me.
Now, here's the reason for the low rating. My apartment is an "upgraded" model thus costing more in rent. What came with this "upgraded" unit...which imo is a minuscule upgraded unit.

So, ... long winded explanation cut down to the basics. Never rented here. Had a situation with rude office staff, wrong information concerning the unit price and move in date at a complex when being shown a unit. Wasn't told the correct information until after we already filled out the paperwork and were sent to retrieve the money orders .Contacted the heers company to file a complaint after management Christy couldn't assist the situation. I lived at the Cove from Dec, 2017-Jan, 2019. It was a decent place to live, as far as the actual apartment itself, however, the management was a different story. When I would call the office to get my exact rent amount (as prices may fluctuate by pennies every month), the phone would usually just ring and ring and ring, and I would eventually get this snarky-sounding recording. When I didn't get that, I would be automatically transferred to an off-site call-center that worked for Heer's Management, which did not have any of the information I needed.

The cove apartment staff is very unprofessional. I waited a whole month to hear if I was approved or denied for leasing and I still didn’t get an answer. I went up there to see what was going on and the leasing agent that had my application tried to blame me for not getting my documents in on time. I had no knowledge that I needed documents until I called him. He should have communicated this info but didn’t. When I went to collect my admin fee, he got an attitude saying that didn’t submit the information and he basically didn’t care. O will never recommend anybody to move into these apartments

I appreciate the response from social media and I do understand the contract and pricing; however, what you're stating and what was experienced are two different things. I was told to bring in a certain amount the following day and upon arrival was told something differently. Staff were not on the same page and I received responses, "I don't remember what I said" and "I changed my mind" from management. The nonprofessional qualities of management was not only in my posts but posts of others as well. I do not wish to go back and forth with this. I just hope you take

HAHAHA where do I start, this place is a joke. Too many stray cats, the whole complex smells like cat pee. Within the first week I lived here my toilet started leaking from the wall and leaked into my closet causing them to have to repair the carpet, which took 4 days to actually get someone out here to do it. The office staff is rude and racist, and acts lost whenever you ask them about anything. I would pay the extra 100 dollars a month then to live in this dump.

Cameron is the worse place to live, no security gates are open at night. They charge you a lot of money but is like living in the ghetto. They let drug addict, criminals etc inside the complex. If something happens to your car you are on your own because is your responsibility even though is inside their property. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I am very dissapointed in this place. When I first visited, I looked at the model and I loved it. They said that it would be a little different from my apartment (no wood floors and no granite counter tops). When I first moved in, I was shocked at just HOW different it was. I felt like there must have been a mistake. I wish I looked at the ACTUAL apartment like mine, and not a model that is totally not near what I have. The Del Mar Terrace apts is lousy on their maintenance my friend lives there. She reported a few things to be repaired but the front office ladies either forget or maintenace is to lazy to repair. She lived there for over 5 years never late for rent payment or anything. She requested for nicer floors but nope maintenance always comes back there is nothing wrong with it. She had to repaint the place herself, also repairing a few things on her own. Also, there is a lot of people living upstairs up by her apt so at night they come out and day time no one does. They hide out knowing they are doing

One of the worst apartments I've lived in. My first month when I moved in i kept getting bit by something, wasn't sure what it was so I went to the doctor because of how swollen the bites were, one night as I was laying down I just lifted up my mattress and there were bed bugs, as I went to go tell the front office ladies they told me they couldn't do anything because I should of told them the first week when I moved in, so I had to pay $200 in order to get someone to come and fumigate. Dont rent at any heers management property. If you see heers management run as far as you can. The apartments are cheap but if you like roaches and having things break down left and right. I had issues with the fridge since day one. I have a Fridge full of rotten food because they said maintenance would be out here 24 hours ago. I called the office 6 times no answer. I called heers management to complain and got an answer right away but im still waiting for someone to fix or replace the fridge. The front office staff ia your best friend befor you sign the lease. Go into the office the day after

If I could leave anything less than one star, I would. This apartment complex is the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. The people who work in the leasing office have no idea on how to conduct business and they never answer the phone. The complex has scorpions and stray cats everywhere. My neighbors hated the complex just as much I we did. Everything except the leasing office is dirty. Trash everywhere. Do not stay here. You will be highly disappointed

The 5 is based off my experience with speaking with corporate (Toni) she was attentive answering all my questions very knowledgeable and detailed with here answers. I must say she got me exctied to go look at the propeties unfortunately cameron apt had no availability Desert apt is a strong strong option if i could get past not having a balcony.. and both properties I went to front desk employees where very pleasant. I say Toni gets a raise.

Been here since October, first thing they get to decide the weekend you move in. You have no say other then the Saturday you want to move in. So if you work weekends I hope you have friends to move your stuff. Second as with most apartments limited parking spots and all the good close ones are taken by cars that either don't run or people just don't use them. I've whitnessed their "tow company" drive right by a white Kia that was in my spot all day for Super Bowl weekend. Yes I should have towed it I know. There's 3 cars that moved once since October and are covered

Nothing very upset I call at 9 in the morning and say my refrigerator is out they say someone will be there soon. What a crock nobody show up ,I even call again at 2 get answering machine. I lost all my food in frig all of it and it is now 5:30 am still No one to fix it . Wow just bad business and a horrible way to treat a a renter and they won't even care or give me and help on what I lost . No a great company at all . I see why people constantly hate on this complex, I've been here for 2 months and I've experienced so-so costumer service and issues with scorpions.
What really annoyed me was that I put an order to have a ceiling fan installed, so I had to paid in advance and they told me it'd take 3 days, well, 2 weeks have come and gone and they never came, I'm at the office cancelling the damn thing, I want my money back, but my time calling and showing up at the office asking nicely to do a job they were paid for it's never coming back, time wasted!!!! And I still need the ceiling
