I have been a resident here at West Town Apartments for over 22 years. West Town makes me feel at home! Management has been great all this time. I see the bad reviews and disagree. The Pandemic did not stop their customer service and maintenance. I recommend this place to everyone who needs a cozy home not a just property. Thank you West Town Staff!

My husband and I lived here for a year. As a military couple moving across the country, we chose to move into West Town sight unseen after a video tour by the management and it seemed like it would be nice housing. We wish we had found a different apartment.
Unfortunately, the management of the apartment has made moving out awful. While the rooms are spacious and we liked how big the kitchen was, we were continually going back and forth with management on additional fees that came out of nowhere. Our rent bill was wrong 4x with additional fees and trying to contact them about this was exceedingly

My husband and I lived here for a little over 4 years. We have many happy memories here including bringing home our first child. However, the living situation was less than optimal simply due to the behavior of the management team. Any time there was a maintenance issue and we reported it to be fixed, they were very accusatory. About 1 year in, our AC just wasn't working right. I kept calling and telling the office that something was wrong and their responses ranged from "well it's hot outside" to "there really isn't anything we can do." Nice apartments. Overcrowded parking. The front desk was very nice when we first arrived which is why we chose these apartments.
They seem unavailable now that we've been here for almost two years.
We've had several issues where we need maintenance, sometimes it gets fixed quick sometimes we have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. They told us 24 hour maintenance but it seems their team is too small to cover all the clients. a leak in our faucet starting in March and didn't get fixed until the summer because the tenant downstairs finally complained that it started to

DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! I originally picked this place due to the space and the refrigerated air. I soon found out after moving that the apartment had several maintenance issues that had to be fixed. The window of the master bedroom had dust that would constantly build up and their solution was, "Don't open the window". I kept reporting this several times and nothing was ever done. All of their latest revies are negative wonder why?Worst mistake of my life other than my ex wife was moving to West Town. Office never answers the phone. Especially if it's early! Swimming pool has been closed with no signs of reopening even in the middle of Spring with 90 degree weather days. Fitness center is closed as well missing all the freeweights and now appears to be a storage room. Guess the weights are gone now which is why it is no longer open even when governor abott lifted gyms from covid restrictions. I have lived at west town apartments over 3 years and honestly really enjoy living here. Great space! I noticed the reviews that are currently being posted are a bit extreme and I feel like are more personal then anything to do with the apartments. Maintenance is great and the girls in the office are professional and kind. I definitely recommend these apartments!!!!

I am a current tenant and I am already desperate for the lease to end. These are the worst apartments I have ever been in, they want to charge you for everything. Since I arrived I have not stopped paying more than 200 dlls of electricitya because the refrigeration that they promised to fix several times never worked, at the time of my move they left too many details that needed to be fixed, I moved from colores del sol apartments where I thought they were average apartments and these looked prettier and more expensive, therefore I thought these would be much better. When I first moved here they were nice but after a month or so they became short and rude. Maintenance issues don't get fixed. I have opened more than 5 request to get the dishwasher fixed because it won't drain but they don't fix it. This is my last month when I tried to deliver the notice the office was closed, I tried for 2 weeks then they told me to email it. Later on they emailed me that I hadn't signed the renewal and I reminded them that I was not renewing and they said they didn't have my notice on file. These apartments are the worst. I would not recommend them at all. They are old and desperately need to be renovated. Our apartment constantly got flooded last year when it rained and the apartment did not replace the carpet and then as we move out they expect us to cover the cost for the carpet repair. How is that fair? They will spring unexpected fees on you and expect you to pay for things out of your control.... stay away from these apartments!! Listen to the reviews!!

Could give zero stars if I could. This review is late but my husband and I were shown their model apartment and fell in love with the model and the square footage! Too bad the actual apartment we got looked nothing like the model and was falling apart. We hadn’t even moved into the apartments yet and asked if we could just take our money and find somewhere else to go but due to the contract we signed we were stuck! The place was so horrible that my husband and I paid the three months rent up front just to get out of the apartment! We moved to the chimneys and have loved it ever since! Renters
