If you purchase another home using one of our buyer specialists (that's free representation for you), we list your current home for a $1,000 flat fee. We will visit your property to estimate the Fair Market Value by analyzing your property's condition & examining recent nearby sales. We will recommend repairs & improvements to sell your property for the highest price.

A nonrefundable $500 payment is due at the time of listing regardless of whether you are paying $1,000 or 1%. You can pay the $500 by cash, check or ZELLE. We charge half up front because half of our work is done upfront - from taking photos and measurements to putting detailed information (and those photos) onto the MLS.

Our experience with Smart Choice Realty was excellent.. They were very thorough in evaluating and recommending the best price to list our house that would generate the most interest.
The end result was the house sold in 3 days with over 50 showings and 6 offers. The offer we accepted was $70,000 over asking.

I've worked with Smart Choice Reality twice in the past year and everything went perfect. Samara our listing agent met me each time at the property to do a walk through. She would make a few suggestions that would help get the most out of the sale and was I thankful!! My average offer was almost 10% over asking price.
