We had a wonderful experience with Anne at Rich Realty! We are from NJ and moving down for work but not for a few months. I came to Marshall with a property I was interested in, first time homebuyer. My concerns were addressed and all my inspection appointments lined up and communicated. I can't say enough good things about Rich Realty Group! First off Anne Mason was extremely helpful and attentive every step of the way. We were working with some particularly difficult sellers, and she handled them so well, while still making sure our purchase didn't fall through.
On top of all of that, we never even had to LIST our old house for sale. Anne and Marshall were able to sell it before it even went on the market, and then coordinated the closing dates to match on the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new one with a perfect amount of overlap. Their referrals for everyone
