Aimee helped my husband buy his first home in 2009 and this year she helped us sell it well over asking!
We purchased a new home from a builder and Aimee helped us with selling our home from the very start, even before we listed with her. She gave us expert recommendations on what repairs needed to be done to get the most for our money, connected us with trades workers, and supported us along the way. One of the things I love most about working with Aimee is that she answers your questions, works quickly, and values your time while also maintaining a fun working relationship. She keeps in touch

I would not advise using Aimee Anderson if you want a realtor who will actually provide the professional services you are contracting for and care about you as a person.
After I signed with her I was immediately pawned onto her assistant. I was under the understanding I would deal with her assistant regarding routine matters but assumed I would have the opportunity to converse with Aimee directly regarding the professional questions I had and gain her advice. Unfortunately virtually all of my future communications from Aimee were via text.
Aimee did not even bother to let me know that neither

So this was not our realtor however, Heather Colburn was selling a house under Aimee Anderson and Associates that we put an offer in on. We put the offer in at above asking price. She gave feedback about how she was impressed with the offer. We also wrote a personal letter to accompany the offer. They never reached back out to us to let us know if it was accepted or not. On all of the selling websites the house is now contingent. Multiple calls and messages later, still no word back. We are now assuming its a no. They treat selling houses like it is no big deal. Maybe they should take a step back

Aimee helped us with a sale and a purchase pretty much all at once. With the home we were selling, we definitely believe that she helped price the home at the very perfect point of maximizing profits and selling quickly - we could not have been more pleased! With the home purchase, things had to move really fast and she gave us the right level of guidance and advice. I never felt like she was pushing us or trying to influence us. The repairs negotiations for both transactions were a little challenging, but we
were really happy with the outcome of both. It is rare that you do one deal where you
